The way I see it there's two possibilities. Kim is legit and only trying to report the location of some of Bruce's "hidden wealth". Maybe she just "jumped the gun" trying to help, then realized that she could be liable to Bruce if she gave away his animals without sufficient proof. The other possibility is that she is not legit and she is trying to obtain info about what kind of evidence Chuck might have against Bruce. I don't see any conclusive proof either way.
Thank you very much for saying what no one would believe coming from me. Yes, I AM the idiot that thought I could help, but found that I could not help...I should have kept "shut up" from the get go. One thing no-one has considered....Chuck could not copy and paste the phone convo between him and my husband....so MUCH was left out. What you read about me agreeing to give Chuck the snakes was AFTER the phone convo, in which Scott told Chuck of the conditions for retrieval. That is something you cannot read from a copy and paste. I apologize Chuck, for involving myself in something I could not really help you much in. I also hate that you have lost so much. I am NOT stupid or nieve....I myself have caught Bruce in some lies. My only stupidity was thinking that I could effectively mediate something that has been way past mediation. I am sorry.
The reason I did not respond to you, Aries54, is that I said I was done the other day, and was trying to hold true to that.....no, I am no relation to the Pet Pros Moores....though we do go there and talk to them quite a bit. Other question, Bruce did come and get the 2 retics. I was upset about all of that, but another friend called and told us that Bruce gave them to him to hold on to for now...so at least I know they will be taken care of. As for the "shop" animals....most were sold. The "hot" snakes, I think he still has. I have no interest in "hots", though I hope they are being cared for.

I am almost 39 years old, female. Worked at Continental Tire for 16 years and was layed off after 16 years of service in May '06. I have since been going to ECPI Medical Institute for Medcial Assisting and graduated November 14th, 2007. I am currently out of work, but serching a medical assisting position.....I have a 4.0 GPA, perfect attendance. I owned a red-tailed boa several years ago, but had to get rid of it because the apartment owners found out about it. I got my next rtb at the Spartenburg show this past March, got another at the Columbia show in May. I found a black rat snake in my laundry room in March 2006 and kept it, and added another black rat snake a friend in Georgia found to the mix back in May. I have 2 horses, 6 ferrets, 4 snakes, and 2 kitties. Got married to my best friend, Scott, in March this year, after being together for 5 years.
Anything else I've left out, just let me know. I am an open book and have stepped both feet into a terrible situation.
