    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Break in at Carolina Reptile Exchange (Bruce Eisenmanns store)

Just for the sake of argument let's assume that the snakes ended in someone else's hands. Wouldn't it be ironic though? A sophisticated scheme. A year of hard work (after all they had to buy snakes, post ads, ship snakes, etc.). Sell dozens of possible hetero piebalds all over the board at incredibly low prices, and then use that money to invest in a few legit high end animals, only for them to dissapear in the blink of an eye? Life sucks! (sarcasm)
 
Hey, if it came up on here (or wherever) that they were indeed stolen and Bruce had NOTHING to do with it, yes, that would suck! I wouldn't wish that upon anyone. It just 'smells' different than that.
1. Why would Bruce not come here to defend the situation and want to get the story as he knows it out?
2. Why would Bruce not come here to defend the shiping methods with venemous?
3. Why does 'Kelly' know so much about a place that he only goes to once in a while to sell animals?
4. Why would you have shipments coming to your business addressed to you father who passed nearly 4 yeas ago?
5. Why would you not claim yourself as the owner, just a 'helper'?

and other questions I do not want to post in respect of the TOS here at the BOI.

It just does not add up. Bruce hides any way he can in his dealings with people, who he has things addressed to, who he claims to be when he answers the phone (someone else brought this up on this thread as well), etc., etc.

Why would you have to breed 'hets' for two breedings to prove them as not being hets? Give me a break. If I buy a het and breed it to another het OR the actaul morph, I BETTER get the morph the first time.
So many questions that just do not make sense.

It's just a matter of statistics. Out of 100 hatchings when breeding two heteros to each other you should produce 25 piebalds, 50 heteros, and 25 normals.

Now, when you have just one clutch of let's say 8 (for sake of simplicity) 2 should be pieds, 2 normals, and 4 heteros. Now breeders will tell you that it has happened (with their own animals so genetics is guaranteed) that they have hatched all normal looking (some could be heteros, some simply normals), or all pieds. That's why there is the need to prove them more than just once. Here is the catch though. 1. How do you prove that in effect you did not produce them? 2. If male and female are from different origin which of the two is the normal. 3. If you bought babies, what are the chances of them making to breeding age? 4. What are the chances of them actually breeding? 5. What are the chances of having a succesful incubation? Repeat points 4 and 5 for a second year. Where is the seller going to be 5 years down the road (from babies 2 F2) and, if you are able to find him how much are piebalds going to cost then?

The odds are always against the one that is supposed to prove them.
 
Speaking about unrealistic requests of proof.

There was someone else (I don't remember who) that was recently asking not only for the two consecutive clutches, but also proof that you knew what you were doing (???), pictures of the copulation, pictures of the female laying the eggs, and pictures of the babies hatching. This was posted on an ad on KS not so long ago.
 
Now we might be on to something. I did a search for a "kerry bragg" and did not come up with anything. Maybe I spelled it wrong or something.
 
I know how that stats and hets work, but still. It does make it even more difficult with balls since you have the small clutches.
I personally, with balls anyway, would breed a het to the actual morph to guarantee you get the morph you are trying to produce.
I persoanlly have never heard of a breeder saying this though. I just htink it is another way for Bruce to get out of his 'scams'.

That is Bruce in the pic on his website, not Harry.
The young man in the pic tailing the cobra is Bruces son.
I know Bruce from his days at a pet store in Charlotte and thought he was gone from the radar when he was fired from there, then shortly afterwards, heard of a new store and checked it out just to see if it was Bruce.
Unfortunately for the animals, it was Bruce....

Every time I have been there to look, it has always been Bruce, only Bruce, except for one time that his son was there.
I never heard of a Noah or anyone else in any capacity of working at that location.
Also, the times myself and my wife have been past it, there is always one car with certainty,every time, Bruces jet black Chevy Impala.


Since Bruce is using his dead fathers name for business ventures, I am curious as to just how far he is willing to go with it, such as retirement checks, social securuty, taxes, insurance, leases on the building etc.. no telling with this guy and the way he works at manipulating the system.


One thing that does have my radar pinging loudly now is the fellow with the address in Mt Holly, NC.... There is a pet store located on Main St. in Mt Holly NC. I am curious as to whether Kery Bragg (if its the same posting here) is associated with this pet store in Mt Holly and what their connection can be with Bruce and his shop. Whether Kerry or the store in NC may be holding animals for a store in SC....

I agree concerning Bruce however it does happen. Talk to Brian Sharp he has had hets that he produced himself produce all normal babies and if I rember correctly he told me had one pair that did it two years in a row and was hoping to get some albinos from that pair this year. Its was his albino ball python we were discussing and I am pretty sure it was two years in a row he got all normals although I could be wrong. Point being it does happen. Although I do agree with you I think Bruce and his two year deal is nothing more then a way to buy more time to rip others off with what I have read here just thought I would ad that.
 
Snakes are know longer mine so know idea how they are doing I had my cousin from Durham, Mo take them unti l I get this law deal figuired out they are legal there. But I will be surprised as dehdrated as they are if they make it.

Well if Harry has been dead for four years.....
I guess the above shows that NOAH is also a LIAR
But then again Harry can still be a member of a club.....he never resigned...he just died.
Also Noah could have gone to Harry's old house. He did not necessarily say that harry was there.


Sorta like.......you do not feed a snake. You do not even offer it food. Then you can sell it saying it never refused food. It would not be a lie.



Things I learned from this thread
1. Harry is dead but has come back from the dead to post.
2. Bruce really owns the store......even though he denies it to everyone.
3. Bruce is real close to Ms. Cleo because she told him when the store would get robbed.
4. Kerry is close to Ms. Cleo because she told him the store got robbed. She told him the police were at the store. She told him that the police wanted to talk to him.
5. Noah is good friends with a DEADperson and sees him all the time. He goes over to his house to talk to him and to look at his animals.
6. Harry Lies even though he is dead.
7. Bruce is a liar
8. Kerry is a liar.
9 Noah is not a liar. He just happens to have dead friends.

Kerry Bragg could very well be a real person. That being
said, he probably has no idea what his name is being

Bruce Eisenmann has been on the BOI for sometime.
He has also been tripped-up in God-knows how many
lies and scams. He certainly knows our methods. Who

Surely, he would rationalize that we would look into
any mysterious first-time posters coming to his defence.
How hard would it be to go to whitepages.com and
choose a name at random?

Now, wouldn;t you notice they were dehydrated then as apposed to saying they arrived, were what he said they were, were a little cold when you received them, but seem ok as they warm up?

Not to nitpick at your posts, but I culd tell within the first 5 seconds of seeing a snake if it was dehydrated or not.

Just wondering how they went 'south' so quick.

He could have done that. But, the Kerry that has posted listed his birthday as 08/16 and the birthday for the Kerry Bragg I posted is also 08/16.

Kerry seems to be a real person. He also obviously knows much more than he is telling. Now that the heat has been turned up, he hasn't been back.
 
I have been thinking about htis all night since Dennis posted the info on Kerry. I am thinking he is a real person. I just do not understand how he knows some of the things he does when he is just a guy that goes to Bruce's once in a while and sells reptiles.

The only other possibility is that Bruce took yet another identity and is posting as that person. Kind of the way he has done with his Dad!

Tom - That still does not exempt you from the fact that you knowingly received illegal snakes by illegal shipping thru fedex. (federal Law Violation) You know it is a seperate offense for each day and you had them, what 4 days?

I agree someone needs to call that Kerry Bragg. It probably is a real person but not the Kerry = Bruce that we are looking for. Has anone called it yet?

Not only did he break the law by keeping them for 4 days (4 seperate counts in Illinois), not only did he break the law by receiving illegal snakes in a illegal way (more counts) he has also transported them across state lines (I THINK that would be more charges).

And people wonder why some of the "stings" and "raids" that happen do in fact occur.....not that I agree with all of them, but that is a WHOLE other story.

Anyone have a number for Kerry? I will give him a 'jingle' tomorrow. What the heck is there to lose? Maybe the guy is half way descent and would share some info in a not so confrintational atmosphere.......then again, he probably hates me by now!
