    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Break in at Carolina Reptile Exchange (Bruce Eisenmanns store)

I just wanted again to let everyone know that I will keep you up to date on the microchipped het pied I have breeding as we speak. It will be posted in all HCE/Bruce/Harry/CRE threads. I am sure this is covered somewhere, but with 60 pages I must have missed it. Are we sure Noah is Bruce?? I know everyone assumes it, but was it confirmed? Sorry if I missed it. Craig Kade. OBTW thanks for coming back Kerry, let us know what you have available in the future.

from the people I have spoke to, I have not found one person that has ever met this 'Noah' guy. It appears that only people with distance (phone calls and emails) have 'spoke' to a Noah. The locals have never heard of or talked to such a person....at least in my conversations that I have had in the last few days.
 
Thanks Brian, that is where I thought we were on it. Is anyone else reading this going, to be breeding HCE or CRE hets this year? I know most are probably too small, and many people who ended up with them are not regulars to this forum, but I figured I would ask. Craig Kade

I wanted to comment earlier and forgot honestly it could have been any of us selling to him so you cant jump on Kerry for it. Unless we are all going to do background checks on every single person we all sell to, it could have been any of us. Now if Kerry knew of his past or was to continue to sell to him in the future thats another matter, but it could have been any of us.

Letting it go wasn't an option Kerry. I hope you understand that with everything you have seen in this thread with all of the Bruce's and Harry's and Noah's, that once the idea was posted that you might be one of them I had to know for sure. Think about it like this. Until today, if someone would have asked me who Kerry Bragg was, I would have to tell thim "well, I heard he was Bruce from HCE. We gave him the chance to prove us wrong and he agreed but later went back on his word." See what I mean? I cant say that now as I have proof that that is not the case.

From your recent post, you sound like a nice enough guy who just stuck up for the wrong people because you didnt know any better. Kind of like being in the wrong place at the wrong time. You cant really be faulted for that. BUT, now that you know the truth, I hope you see where we were coming from. Thanks for keeping your word and posting your I.D. I know it might have put you in a bad spot with Bruce, but you can be assured that you have gained favor with us.

I wish you success in your reptilian endeavors and look forward to you becoming a regular here on the B.O.I.

I agree with what you said. I just want you to know, and I think Kerry knows this from our conversation, I was not faulting him. I just want him, for his own sake, to stay clear in the future!

Jason, I would like to respectfully point out that Brian isn't jumping Kerry for anything. He actually came to the guys aid and convinced him to come back here and respond to us. When Brian speaks of "selling to someone who does not take care of their animals," he isn't refering to Bruce's past record *exclusively* as Kerry cannot act upon information that he is not aware of. He is refering to the way the guy takes care of his animals. The quote you pasted left out an important line that I think Brian was refering to. It is in BOLD below.

"I know we all work hard and want to take care of our families by selling things. I just hope you reconsider selling to someone who does not take care of their animals......in your own words and of course by the convictions he has against him."

When I read this it was clear to me that Kerry shared some firsthand knowledge of Bruce's husbandry with Brian. I know that I have walked into a store in the past and refused to sell them animals based on thier husbandry. So I too would ask that Kerrry, and anyone else for that matter, would reconsider selling to someone who does not give proper care to their animals.

You are right that it could have been any of us, and it is quite impractical to do background checks. That is what the B.O.I is for. I think that in the critical state that our trade is in, word will continue to spread of the invaluable resource the B.O.I. has become. I know that Kerry realizes that now and will almost certainly refer to it in his future dealings.

That is fine. All that really matters is Kerry knew exactly what I was referring to and took NO offense to my thoughts during our conversation. In fact, like he stated in his more recent posts, he wants nothing to do with Bruce (not quoting him exactly, but that is more or less the impression I got from it along with the conversation). Like Kerry stated, he was not aware of the things Bruce had done until someone posted the link and I then posted a few of the charges regarding this issue.

Of course, and I never suggested such, doing background checks would be very difficult, costly, and take quite a bit of time.

All we can do is act on the information we have. Kerry made the right decision, once learned, that Bruce may not be the best person to deal with.
 
Brian dont take it as though I was jumping on ya I wasnt. I may have read to deep into what you said(thats why I hate text). Just earlier in the thread someone was hammering Kerry asking him how good it felt to sell animals to someone like bruce or something to that effect, I didnt really think that was fair. When I read your post to me it kind of seemed along the same train of thought. So I do apoligize if I read to deep into it.

I did not take it personally, no big deal.
The post you were referring to was me....although I did not quite put it like that..LOL.
I can completely understand where Kerry was coming from. I know (and even figured then) that he did not know of Bruce's background. My question was....Why wold he sell to someone like that? In Kerry's defense, like he stated here, he has not done business with him that many times and does not plan on doing it in the future.
 
The reason that I went up there the next day was because I read the thread that was posted on KS in the ball python classifieds the same day the theft was discovered. I guess Bruce posted it that morning. It says the very same thing the one pasted here said, if it is not the same one. I naturally wanted to clear myself of any suspicion, so I went there to talk to Bruce about it.

I keep an eye on the boa and ball python classifieds almost EVERYDAY.
I did not see one posted on the 15th or 16th.
I am not saying I checked it on those days.....I can't remember. But when I do check them......I check them from the first page until the I get to the ads I have seen before.

The only one I saw was the one posted on the 23rd.

If you look, people were asking about how come he was not posting about it either.....They were saying that they would post it all over the place.
And shortly after someone posted that.......all of a sudden Bruce posted on the 23rd.

So either I missed it and so did everyone else. Or It was never there.

If I am just blind....then I apologize.
But if I am right.....
 
I WILL have to agree with Ritchie. I am not sure if I was the only one, but I had said from the beginning that I would have posted this to get as much info as possible. When I heard of the post that was supposed to be there, I went looking. I wanted to see it and look at the time that it was originally posted VS. the time the breaking itself was reported (11:45am). See where I was going with this?

I just looked through the boa, python, and ball pages and did not see anything from the 16th or 17th...even though I knew I had not seen it the other day either.

The ONLY way it could not be there is if it were only put up for 3 days or so 7. The ONLY way someone could prove it WAS there at all would be to go to the page that has the listings of all your ads.ones that are running and the ones that expired.......everyone know which page I am referring to. I BELIEVE on that page it would give the date and time that the original ad was posted..it would then have to be copied and pasted here, but Bruce would be the only one (that I know of) that could do this. Since he has not shown his face as of yet, I would not ecpect him to now.
 
Troy, I purchased some 100% het peids and 100% albino's from Harry/Bruce(same person) from what I was told that is was bruce harry eisenman or harry bruce eisenman, and the dad's name is harry also. The bad thing is mine were not micro chipped. They are still babies so it is a 2 year+ waiting game. But I have in writing the genetics and a REFUND agreement if the snakes don't prove out. I don't know much about what was stolen but I know he sent me Het peids with TICKs on them and I returned that bunch to noah/bruce who ever. I discussed this with noah when BRUCE was sick in OHIO. And noah said if bruce wouldn't stand behind the 100% hets then HE would. I only tried getting the second 1.3 because I had already purchased 2.0 in Columbia, SC. But the 1.3 came with ticks and now that makes the first (2) male het pieds and 1.2 het albinos Questionable. I would really like to fine someone on here that has bred HARRY/BRUCE's 100% het pieds and produced pieds online to clear some of my doubts. Thanks DAVID
 
If I am not mistaken I am pretty sure Carolina Reptile Exchange Opens up at 10:00. atleast I think that is what he told me when i was planning on doing the 1.3 trade in person. I was gonna drive 8 hour to his shop and He suggested it would be better for me to have him ship the snakes, I figured out why he wanted to ship...Ticks on the snakes. Atleast remove the ticks if you want to sell wild caught snakes for 100% Hets. One tick was right in the snakes eye. He gave me a bunch of stories. I eventually got cold feet about the whole trade and sent the 1.3 back to him. But anyway that is my 2 cents. thanks DAVID

The ad stating the robbery was posted before this thread was started. I remmeber having seen it but at that time disregarded to bring up the whole CRE-CHE issue again. It was only there for some time (and can't remember exactly which day) because when I wen't back to check the ads it was no longer there. It read exactly as the ad that was posted later.

According to their website they open at 1pm on Saturdays.
As for Bruce's name, his middle name is NOT Harry. His middle name starts with an "A", so that would be another lie he is telling people.
I am trying like MAD to find the page that I received the info on that I posted earlier in this thread. It gave the surviving sons (4 of them) and states there were 10 grandchildren I think. Bruce's middle name is not Harry or even start with an "H"..I know that for SURE!

Here it is.......took me a while to find it again. There is NO mention of another Harry, especially in regards to Bruce. This is the obituary as I found it in it's intirety.

I posted the story 2 days after the robbery, on the 18th
(sunday), the 'robbery' was on Friday the 16th and the story was in the Fort Mill Herald, on Sunday the 18th.

Then it is quite possible that it was Saturday the day the ad was first posted (weekends is when I check them more often). Why will they post it and then taken down I don't know, but I know I saw it.
