Isn't that strange?!
Let me say now, that it sure would be a shame if those snakes DID end up being stolen. That would make me wrong in my assumptions, BUT that does not change the fact that:
1. Bruce does business as his dad who dies in 1999
2. Nobody locally knows of a Noah at that store
3. Bruce goes to shows as "bruce Henry Eisenamann" OR Henry Bruce Eisenmann"
4. His animals are STILL not kept in the conditions they should be
5. He ships venomous animals via mail carriers
6. MIGHTY big coinsidence that his snakes 'disappeared' the same night he set this trap
7. Nobody knows of the type of trap and whether or not it worked (obviously it didn't IF indeed they were stolen)
8. There is a sign that says there are cameras, but no word of whether they were on. I DOUBT they were or the authorities would have more info.........then again we are not there and do not know what info was gathered.
9. he is a conviced animal abuser
10. his 'guarantees' give LITTLE way for anyone to recoup their money if something was not correct with the animals one might purchase from him.
11. His pieds are not old enough to breed so therefor one might wonder how he aquired 'het' that he supposedly produced.
12. He only replaces animals one time and there is NO guarantee on the replacements.....what an easy way to get out of a scam!!!
13. he does a trade with someone at a show and then abruptly leaves the show.....this is very suspicious of someone who MIGHT be scamming someone.
14. you have to provide proof 'to their satisfaction' on all DOAs. So if he says your pic and time of contact was not to his liking, you are screwed.
15. He gives false tracking numbers....most likely when it gets too hot so the customer will get off his back for a while (I htink this was in one of the other threads, maybe not this one)
16. He posts ads as his dad saying that they are no longer in business together (as of Sept. '02).....this is just another way for someone to get screwed. Bruce can say that they came from HCE (Harry) even though Harry is DEAD so he would not be responsible.
Where does it end.......got tired, but this sums it up pretty well on the kind of preson one is dealing with and the LACK of service you will receive in return!

I have recieved information tonight in regards to this thread.
First, Bruce denies even knowing Kerry Bragg. Says he has never bought from a man by that name. Second Bruce is FOR A FACT reading this entire thread - Bruce's Exact QOUTE in regards to this thread was - "They are tearing my a$$ apart on there and I will not post because of it!" Bruce has said that he feels that Barry White was the one who stole the animals. To the best of our knowledge Barry has not been searched but the police have questioned him. Bruce is watching this on his little laptop in the office.
Second, to help fadidate the questions about Bruce selling het for pied ball pythons - At the Columbia show this past fall Bruce tried to swindle someone out of an adult Albino Eastern Diamondback in trade for his pied hets. Shortly after receiving them word was given to him that they were not hets but normals and when he tried to get the Albino Diamondback back Bruce said the snake was already gone. To the best of our knowledge this person has NOT gotten his snake back. When he opened the bag of supposed hets the bag was crawling with mites and normal balls inside. Bruce packed up an hour early and left without saying a word to anyone. Bruce is a theif! He received over a several thousand dollar animal for probably 30.00 in balls.
Bruce's new scam is going to be het for albino eastern diamondbacks. He now has an adult male and only needs to buy normal babies for his next money maker. BE on THE LOOK OUT FOR HET FOR ALBINO BABIES.

Beth AND Everyone else. The E. Diamond back deal was with Greg Hubbard. I contacted him today or yesterday (I forget which) and asked him to post on here.
He DID post on the BOI, but it was under one of the other threads about CRE. You all can go read it for more info on the deal!

Here's another idea.
Bruce set a trap the night the snakes were 'stolen'..
Who can say he didn't take them himself, then bust his own door as a way of covering tracks, OR as a way of getting an easy outs from the 'het pied' biz.
Easy way to attempt to get the heat from likely fake hets off your back and dissapear.
Afterall, whoever did the 'burglary', knew exactly where everything needed is located in the store, including snakes.
Maybe with the piss poor husbandry practices, all the snakes in question died, beginning the week before with the first dissapearance, with the last, the pieds, AFTER they were handled by Kerry and this is one way he is trying to recoup costs of replacements or make money for a struggling business.
If Bruce DOES dissapear from this, then good riddance.. unfortunately, he will likely return, much like past bad guys....

You have not come here to defend yourself because you are ABSOLUTELY FLOORED the information that we have received. NOT to take credit, but I bet the Dad issue puts a real DAGGER into your oporation/schemes/lies/deceitfulness/scams/bogus snakes.

that Bruce's mites have snakes! But at least we have solved the age old question of how to get rid of them. Just trade them off as hets for an Albino Eastern. I hope this works as I have tried everything. Snakes can be such pests. Well, Id love to chat but I'm off to buy some melanistic Ophionyssus natricis from this guy Brucehenrynoah. I should have hets available by weekend if anyone is interested. I will send them right over in hundred lots packed deep within the eysockets of Het for Pied Ball Pythons to ensure live arival. Please send cash and include 70 bucks for parcel post.

In a nut shell it states that a Gaboon Viper was stollen on
January 8, 2004 from a reptile shop in Rock Hill, SC which is not too far from Bruce's shop. Adamm Smith owns this pet store. The York County police are investigating this one too. (this maybe the same Adamm Smith who worked for Tom Cructhfield in FL)

Oh I forgot - Donnie sold the entire contents in his shed for 200.00 and fled the state. Over half the animals died due to the cold temps and being left so long. There were over half a dozen adult burms that died from respiratory infections. It was in the 30's when the snakes had been rescued. Of course prior to that the shed had been broken into and some of the snakes where taken by the flea market owner in lieu of the past due rent that Donnie owed him. Beth

For those of you that are local, has there been any new stories on this in the paper or the news? I have been keeping an eye on the paper that the original article was in, but I might have missed something.
Does anyone know anything about a Stephen Hefley or a Randolph Scott Coley? I guess these are the guys that were busted in the theft of the Pit Viper. Just waondering if there is a link.
