    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I want to first say that the rodents I ordered from BHB were of pristine quality, and were huge. These are freaking trophy rats. Order an extra one to display above your fireplace.

The inner-city postmen of Chicago are abusive to their packages, so it hardly came as a surprise when one of them broke the styrofoam insulation, evidently with a hefty dropkick off his truck. What could have been a worrisome situation turned out to be a pleasant experience, with excellent customer service.

Within a couple hours of calling/emailing BHB Rodents during their business hours, Brian, the owner, contacted me personally. He ensured an immediate refund and is a 100% genuine guy. The same charisma and kindness experienced on SnakeBytesTV, and the overall care he has for his company, shines through BHB Rodents.

I had about 50-60 pounds of rats that were all beautiful; all were large, healthy, and robust. I have not found cheaper prices anywhere else.

Buy with confidence knowing that you will be taken care of with the utmost decency and respect.

I will be ordering from BHB Rodents again very soon. :thumbsup:

I too, would recommend BHB Rodents.

I started with a bit of a mishap, my first order unfortunately arrived defrosted (I live in AZ, and frozen shipping can be difficult). I called BHB and left a brief message about the order, and waited to hear back.

Lori called me the next day promptly and apologized, and scheduled another order to be shipped out the week after on a Wednesday.

Unfortunately, we both overlooked the fact that it would be Memorial Day, so my package ending up sitting in Kentucky for a few days, and did not arrive in the best condition.

I called BHB again and left another message. Once again, Lori promptly responded and apologized, and offered a discount on my next rodent purchase.

Not only did they give me a discount, but they also sent out a third shipment, which arrived today in perfect condition.

I am blown away by the generosity and above and beyond excellent customer service I have received from Brian and Lori. Not only did they not request pictures of the defrosted rodents (which I had taken just in case), they sent out not one but two replacement shipments.

As for the rodents, they are big and plump, with no damage to paws or tails.

I would never, ever hesitate to buy from BHB Rodents again, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
