    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Just want to give everyone a heads up this guy is probably selling bad hets (actually probably a scammer but that's to be determined). I asked him about his BEL het clown hypo, he said the pairing came from a BEL hypo male to a clown female...which is impossible. He also tried correcting me saying hypo is not the same as ghost and that BEL is the same as bee in which you can get lucy's from breeding one to a normal. Buyers beware!
 
Now he changed his story and said sorry that I was talking to his girlfriend and she misrepresented the animal. That it was actually produced from a mojave ghost to a lesser clown, when I asked for pictures he sent me one of a normal hypo. Nothing mojave about it. Its obvious he's a scammer at this point. I'll try and take screen shots of my text conversation when I get home later.
 
Isn't it amazing how someone says they have something and it turns out to be something totally different???!!??!!
 
Not saying the guy's a scammer/thief/bad guy ... but with a little digging, I came up with this.

He can't remember how to spell his OR his wife's names. He's Brian and Bryan here and Bryan on FB. Wife is Ashley here and Ashlee on FB.

He had (now deleted and not cached) ads on CL and elsewhere where the name "Joey" was tied to the phone number, selling fish and looking for homes for cats, not that that makes him a scammer.

He also has a"Wanted" ad (from Dec. 2012) at a popular venomous site looking for a Gaboon Viper.

He's connected/related to Derrick Burnett of A-List Animals & D&K Reptiles in Cinci via a FB friendship.

That's all I got .... just info.

I personally know this kid, unfortunately.

My husband worked the Lexington Reptile Expo for a couple years and this kid would come in and vend with his mom and dad. (D&K Reptiles)

I'll leave it at BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I wouldn't purchase animals from him or his parents business.

Guys I can't post a comment below so I'm posting in the text up here. To the buyer beware comment below. A guy started texting my phone this morning on the blue eyed het clown hypo male above. If you read above I work at Toyota. I left my phone at home so my wife started responding to texts and emails on these snakes. This guy asked if I had pics of the parents and proof of lock up. My girl told him misleading info, such as the pairing. She quoted the father was a blue eyed hypo. Breed to a clown female. She is new in the business and has only done this for a month or so. Where I have done this for over 12 yrs and breeding on my own for 2. So she told him false info and when I got home to correct it, he was calling me a scammer, so I tried to talk to him. I told him the correct pairing, hypo mojave x lesser clown, he responded by asking for pics of the parents. I told him I didn't have a pic of the mother on my new phone and I would get it later in the day. I tried to send him a pic of the male and selected the wrong pic and sent him the pic of the hypo male listed above. I don't feel from an honest mistake I should be accused of something I would never do. Snakes, fish and dogs are my life. This is what I want to do for the rest of my life. Any person in this business would agree that an honest mistake should not tarnish your reputation or your word. I have pics of the text messages that were sent and received, if you have any question concerns or comments please don't hesitate to text me. I will show you the messages. Forwarding tho, my phone is brand new and has been giving hassle from the start. If a pic gets sent wrong I will correct it. I have quality animals. Well fed and great animals. Thank you for your time and hope to do business with you in the future.
 
Ad also lists a 968 g. female het pied being paired with a Pied male...

Brian - easy enough to clear up...post pictures of the parents.

My wife name is Ashley, she spells it with 2 e's. on the gecko side. It was sold to my father. As a moonglow. So me never seeing a moonglow before posted it as such. I have also never seen a buckskin. So I would not know the difference. Glad Laura you could stalk my life. A few months ago I got evicted for my apartment, due to me having fish and cats. If you knew fully of my cl post you would also see I had three pitbulls on there. I got taken to court and was told I had a week to get rid of them. I never wanted to post them, but I had to. The fish were sold to a few friends of mine. And the cats went to the humane society. And have been placed in better homes. As of the gaboon viper post. I was looking at one time for them. Until I learned that it is illegal to have venomous in ky. I have not lied to anybody. I have not scammed anybody. The het pied girl is my fathers animal. He decided to start pairing her, who am I to stop him. I have not once changed my story, check the post and I can show pics of the bel and the parents. If you have a problem with me, there is no need to go behind my back and stalk my every move to find out who I am. And if you vended with me, then you know who I am. I don't lie. I may still be learning but I don't lie. The het clown stuff is mine, the rest I have post for my dad.

Sorry, but it doesn't matter what you LIKE about your name and what you WANT it to be. The rule here is for your REAL full name as it is right now.

So here's your options. I can change your full name to what it REALLY is (meaning it's what is on your birth certificate and driver's license) or your account will have to be banned from this site. Your choice.

Sorry but there are NO exceptions to this rule.

As for your claim about lying, was what you put in your profile name field here the truth? This question only needs a "yes" or "no" answer.

The circumstantial evidence and excuses alone would keep me from buying from you. You need to do some research and/or not let your girlfriend talk about the genetics behind an animal if that's really what happened. It wasn't even an hour that the text's changed from oh no it wasn't a hypo blue eye lucy to a clown it was a hypo mojave to lesser clown and then the picture of the normal ghost that supposedly sired the clutch. Sorry but it just doesn't all add up and yes it could be honest mistakes on your part but if your that accident prone then why would I trust your hets?

I didn't stalk; you put it out there to be easily seen by anyone. It wasn't stalking (that's actually funny), and it wasn't rocket science ... it was a couple of deleted CL posts I couldn't even see and your public FB. I'm actually not the least bit interested in stalking you or your every move, nor any member of your family.

You notice I also clearly stated that selling fish & finding homes for cats on CL did not mean you were a scammer/thief. I saw no Pit Bull CL ad (or even a reference to one).
Frankly I wasn't interested in even knowing why you had ads on CL for the fish and cats, since selling fish and finding homes for cats isn't exactly suspicious or raising red flags, so you really didn't even need to go into detail about your eviction, court, etc. But thanks for that.

If you're posting your dad's animals, then you should be really, really sure what you are posting is accurate. Given the number of years your family has been involved in reptiles, I'm surprised there would be any confusion over lineage.
 
I'm all for benefit of the doubt, but I looked at B&RE's first 10 posts, which were all ads, and came up with two conclusions: 1) that's a lot of Hets from someone with little reputation; and 2) they (whoever they are) pair a lot of <1200 gram females. Well, I am not in the market for Hets. If I was, I'd want to buy from somebody I could trust. Further, while it is up for debate, I, personally, think that 1000 grams is an unethical breeding weight for a female. As with all threads, readers are free to make up their minds on their own. FWIW, as has already been stated, there are just too many issues here.
