I just went back to screen shot and saw that there was more comments. When I saw it this morning all of them weren't there. I apologize.

I see now that they are deeply regretting doing business with him. They told him exactly what everyone else has been and he retaliated in his usual fashion, is don't think they will be doing any more business with him and probably will distance themselves as much as possible from him as they can.

Just because someone bought from him in the past, doesn't make them bad. Ben and Brenda now know how he is and do not support him. Not everyone knew about him. There were no fauna posts about him. If people read this and then buy from him, I would not support them. But people are not all aware.

This is very true. Nobody should be penalized for purchasing Brian's stock prior to this thread. Plus, it is true that not everyone knew about him or what type of character he truly has. Heck, I did not know of existence prior to this thread.

Am glad this thread came about. Now I know of him and that he is an individual to avoid doing business with at all costs.
His behavior/actions are down right reprehensible and criminal.

I was able to coerce YouTube to take down many of Brian's videos that contained similar threats, lies, and libelous tirades against myself, and many other reputable breeders and hobbyists. He was even bragging about a VERY well-respected father/son breeding team frequenting his "adult entertainment club". Of course, I called it to their attention. When I contacted YouTube I happened to mention that there was pending legal action against Brian Johnson (BnB Exotics), and the Plaintiffs would have no trouble adding YouTube to the complaint. Those vids were taken down within 12 hours.


The sad news is, that I contacted the Columbus PD about the threats, and even let them listen to the horrifying message Brian left me (the blood in the mouth stuff), and I was pretty much told unless I could prove the message came from Brian there wasn't much they could do about it. When I reported he had stolen a gecko from me and owed me money, I was told to take it up with Small Claims Court there in Columbus. Even with a mile-long criminal record, it's discouraging that nothing will be done about him. This is one of the reasons he continues this appalling behavior.

Ben and Brenda are pretty stand up people, who are fantastic and sweet. I have enjoyed getting to know them, and feel absolutely sorry that they were thrown under the Brian tantrum bus. I wish there was a way to delete ignorant people off of the internet.

No there's several saying they soul don't be brought up, about the comments that just weren't there when I saw it etc. I sincerely apologize for bringing them up, but as it stood when I saw it it seemed like they were buddy buddy

I was in fact being very sarcastic and self promoting, by saying that i own some of his leos and that if you wanted decent customer service then turn to me, because no way in hell are you going to get it from that guy.

It really sucks that my wife and I were brought into this post without really looking at the situation.
Just because someone has bought from a guy that is coming out now as a horrible person, doesn't mean that they are also bad people.
I'm not friends with this man and in no way what so ever promote his business.
If you must know I bought from him because he had a couple geckos that I wanted to add to my collection.

If it is at all possible could the comments be deleted that claim me to be a bad guy?
I'd truly appretiate it.

Yes, we do have animals from Brian, purchased some time ago now. The animals arrived in a box taped by duct tape instead of packing tape, without packing to keep them from moving around, and without a heat pack when high temps were in the 20s. Though alive, we didn't feel it necessary to make a fuss aside from posting it out to him. He told us his son packed the box and messed it up. It was a 1.2 group, that he claimed to have visually sexed before shipping. One of the females had bigger balls than he does, and the male had none. It was still a 1.2 group, so again, didn't feel the need to make a fuss over it. We've never said anything about not wanting people to know we bought from him. We've been staying out of it completely, to stay away from the drama. Then he posted about us early this morning, trying to start a fight, and has continued to post all day. I've said my peace, and want nothing more to do with him. He thrives off of attention, and he's not going to get it from us anymore.
I truly hope that this does not put us on anyone's "do not do business with" lists. We take great pride in our animals and our customer service, and hope that this past transaction does not erase that.

I did have a account here prior to this account that I wasn't very active in using. I created to ask questions about leopard geckos, if I recall correctly, that had to be back around 2009/2010. The reason I became more active with Fauna was for business and education: reviews, potential purchases. The specific reason I was urged to use Fauna was due to the number of leos I was considering purchasing from Brian. I felt slightly uneasy, in terms of not truly knowing much about Brian, outside of conversations he and I had. I checked BOI and there was nothing associated with Brian Johnson, as it pertained to BNB Exotics. Though it wasn't hard reassurance that our transactions would go well, it was refreshing to see he had no reviews on the BOI- and his FaceBook reviews were decent.....

With regard to having leos purchased from BNB Exotics, I couldn't agree more; there's absolutely nothing wrong with purchasing an animal that is appealing to you, he has "some" nice leos. With that said, regardless of the leos being appealing, I definitely would have worked with another breeder with equal, or superior leos had there been any indication of Brian's unscrupulous and dreadful business practices.

Because I will be keeping the leos I've purchased from Brian separate for test breeding, it's a good thing, as I will network with more experienced people to gain knowledge and absorb all I can. I see having leos from him as a growth experience. Eventually, I will outcross all of the leos purchased from him. Thus far, I have only paired one animal purchased from Brian. The animal was described by Brian as a Stonewash Raptor. I outcrossed to a leo purchased from another breeder. My intent is to hold on to any hatchlings from this outcross paring. All and all, Brian is horrible in many ways, but saving the leos, not at all...

If people see those comments they will continue reading and see me apologize 3 or more times because when I saw it it didn't have all of those other comments. I should have checked again, again I apologize
