    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi all,

I've purchased a few leopard geckos from Brian Johnson from BNB Exotics in OH. There were missed shipments and after forgetting to send a female in one shipment he also sent the wrong male. Things happen, I understand. What bothers me is the fact he not only threatens to destroy my credibility, he also makes an attempt too. I have attached screen shots of text message I'm allowed to here. I've also included a link to the Reliable Reptile Review page on where more details can been seen https://www.facebook.com/groups/437785452987736/permalink/691678930931719/ I believe the group is closed, therefore you would need to request to join.

If I am allowed to upload more info., I will. Please note, I take no joy in providing this feedback out all. I am posting due to the slander involved, as he states I used a fraud card. No. I requested a partial refund from my card company after being unable to resolve the issue regarding receiving the wrong male leopard gecko.

Since the FB group you mentioned is closed, it might be better if you posted all screen shots relevant to this transaction. There will likely be interested readers here who are not members and do not wish to join.

I tried to add more screenshots but I'm only allowed a limited number.
 
Angelique, you can add more attachments (by pressing the "go advanced" button located at the bottom of the reply field) if you make a new post in this thread. You can attach up to 4 items per post. When you need to add more attachments, after one set of attachments, make a new post.
Please take some time and post attachments here. Not everyone goes to, or will go to, Facebook.
 
You posted a couple of attachments while I was composing my post. LoL Looks like you know how to do it.;)
Please post the texts between you, & Brian, that are posted on FB.

If you are going to make a boi all info needs to be posted here. Facebook groups close, the posts and comments deleted you need to screen shot every post and everything relevant to this transaction and post it here so it will be here forever for anyone who searches it. In a few days you probably won't even be able to find that post because it will be buried under other ones. If you want people to be warned and know what happened you need to post EVERYTHING here not provide links where the posts can and most likely will end up deleted because group admins like to play god and delete what they think is irrelevant.
 
Oh okay. I didn't realized that. This is my first time on BOI. I work at 5am tomorrow and wont be in until 6pm. I will get all the details together and update tomorrow night. Thanks for informing me of the process, ElexisOrtiz

Do you have a photo of the male you ordered & paid for that you did not receive, Angelique? Where did you see the original ad?

And yes, his "of color" comment and the comment, "I will spend the rest of my life to make sure you fail"; "I will fight you with every tooth and nail and for this you will be ruined in the gecko hobby", etc. were completely unwarranted and completely unprofessional.

The term person of color in general is not a bad thing.
The fact that anyone mentions race is silly unless it's important to the story.
I have used the term on various occasions and still do to this day.
