You guys are barking up the wrong tree. The guy's a low-life, but he won't come here and respond to anything personally. He's not that stupid.

A few posts back someone called him a master manipulator. Well that's exactly what he is. Any pathological liar knows that the best way to avoid trapping yourself is to simply not say anything. If he can get others to defend him, why bother coming here in person and risk getting caught up in a lie?

We won't see or hear from Damon personally. He'll continue to use his (unwitting) flunkies to pull the switches and turn the dials on his great and powerful OZ machine. It's all just smoke and mirrors.

I know I said I wanted out of this thread. I'd said my peace and that was that. But like a bad traffic accident, it's hard not to look...

Ritchie... my hats off to you man. Good work putting the pieces together. This has all been very interesting. I sure as hell wouldn't lose any sleep over his legal threats.

There’s no conspiracy here (or anywhere in the herp world), just efforts by “others” to muddy the water and misdirect the good people here to silly nonsense. That’s evidenced by the quality comments made by his defenders here and their final disposition via Websalve.

You can never make sense out of nonsense - this is why there's no "answers" about Damon, not because of the "crowd" Sybella.

The above information posted on This Damon Heynen is available through public records. Nothing about it is a violation of privacy.
It has now become apperant to me that he did not go to jail for staeling anything (I think). But it seems the rumors I heard or the rumors about him going to jail that he has told people just might be true.

I was gonna dig some more.
But it scares me to associate myself with such a character.
I now understand why he wants to change his name.

I do not know if he did or did not go to jail. But the charges.....it definately suggest jail time. And as soon as I get a hold of the people he has told of his jail sentence to...... I will get them to post or e-mail.

I just thought I would say for the record that I am done posting on the matter at hand, here and on other sites. Whatever the truth may be, it will all come out in the wash and we can read it for ourselves. I will not post anything AS LONG AS it is not an attack torwards me. I have not lied, I have not been rude, I have not done anything other than speak my mind. I have even told Damon what I thought might help him. If I made a mistake I will say so when all this settles. I will be watching like everyone else.

Say damon, ol' buddy ol' pal, I was just wondering if you were involved in or know anything about any of the robberies that occured in my store back in the early 90's? Seeing as you have the proclivity and the location it just sort of clicked a little while ago that you may have been involved in them.

There were some nice albino burms involved, albiet only one adult male but, there were several smaller ones as well and while it's been a while I believe there were some greens and perhaps some True Redtails as well as some colubrids. Since I was robbed several times over the years and it's been so long I don't remember exactly what was stolen each time.

Do you by chance have a scar on one of your hands or arms that was gotten when you broke into my store through the roof? The turd that came in that way left a lot of blood on my floor. They may have caught him though, he wasn't very smart. Maybe it was you, the not very smart thing seems to fit here as well.

Please answer my questions, I'm very curious.

This is one interesting thread!

It was obviously started, in effect, by the same guy who has been bashed here. Whether "GinoInDaBronx", Thomas Jones", "Sybella", "CaptainSlackass", "joels417", "Dr. Doolittle", "Damon Andrews" and, of course, "Brian Smith" are one in the same, or some combination of more than one person, the only conclusion that I can draw is that he/they started this thread simply to "get under someone's skin."

Ritchie Luna ended up "running around", in a frenzy, "with his head cut off" only to produce apparent false accusations and useless information about ISP's, when "Damon/"Brian Smith" obviously couldn't care less whether "his" ISP was matched with someone else. Ritchie was obviously one of "Damon"/"Brian's" targets.

Wes Pollock was obviously another target. At one point, Wes privately emailed me to tell me to back off, as a result of my comment to "Sybella" regarding "her" "abusive ex". I was surprised to realize that Wes had no clue that he was defending either "Damon"/"Brian", or one of "Damon"/"Brian's" good buddies. Either way, Wes was "played like a fiddle".

The drama that overflowed to the KS Python - Burmese forum further supports my conclusion that "Damon"/"Brian" simply wanted to draw these guys out just to "run circles around them". After all, it seems that Wes's "head is about to explode" just thinking about a robbery that "Damon"/Brian" may or may not have been responsible for over a decade ago, when nothing has been substantiated. It's not easy to make heads or tails out of this thread.

After reading this thread, THIS IS CERTAINLTY NEWS TO ME. When are you going to share the details of his alleged "THIEVERY"? I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if it were true, but, so far, you haven't done much to link him to the burglury of your store. You seem to not even know who the hell this guy is, in the first place, so how can you be critical of someone who might have some doubt about whether or not you are justified in acting like he ripped you off?

Just for the record, I don't subscribe to idle gossip. I judge everyone on their own merits. It does not matter to me what other people think of someone as long as they are good to me.
