Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I second what Thomas said...let's see the proof, Slackass. And, if it is somewhat, partially or all true, what in the world did you do to him?!!? He sometimes is a little hot-headed but NEVER without a very good reason.

Everybody has bad days and should not be judged by that. It should be based on his animals,there health,how they are shipped and if a problem occurs if he will work out something with the buyer.

he may have everyones ears, i believe in the last year or two a new law in most communities has come into our legal system its called terroristic threat, any one that threatens another with words can be enough to press charges, in my state i can be arrested for flipping someone off, its chargeable with threat and or intent to threaten, its under the violent threat - domestic abuse laws, i am not exactly sure how they are doing it, but i know they are,

as far as his fake name, as long as thats his one and only alias with all pertinant info attached to that name, to him, thats ok as long as it can be tracked, lots of people have them,

Obviously you missed the part where he stated that he had never spoken with Damon on the phone, nor had he seen pictures of Damon himself, or the fact he had never seen or met Damon in person.

I know people who have seen his place. He has a few very nice things (so did Michael Whitefeather by the way), but he doesn't have near what he says he does.
But that's not even the point...
Pop on over to Bob Clark forums and drop his name. What he did there was UNBELIEVABLE. Ask Jay Owens about him. Bob Clark even had to get involved personally. He's dangerous. He personally threatened MANY people in that community, and not just me.
He can come across as a good guy for awhile, but when his bad side shows up, it's really scary. In his short time at BC forums, he managed to tell so many lies that it got pretty damn comical. My favorite was when he said that he had an exercise regimen for all of his snakes...

That's just it. All I did was disagree with him. With all due respect, Sybella - you really don't know who you're dealing with. Jay Owens will back me up on this 100%. I can't offer proof because the offending threads were so bad that they had to be deleted. I do however still have the threatening email...

Ok, Slackass, now tell everyone what you and others did and said to him, and everything else that led up to that outburst. Although it was not unwarranted, I totally agree that he should have held his temper. But, since you made your first Fauna post in this thread, for whatever your reason, at least be honest about this. You didn't JUST disagree with him on Bob Clark's forum. I've read some of Bob's, Jay's and Brian's side...Let's hear yours. Since you dug up this dirt, tell everyone what really happened and while you're at it, why are you still holding a grudge?

I do not know Brian myself, but am aware of some of what has been brought up here.
There may not be any "pending" deals with him, but htis board is to enlighten people. If this is even HALF true, I think it speaks volumes as to the type of person one might deal with. I owuld be glad I found it if I was planning on buying form him.
So, yes, I feel it belongs here. On the other hand that is just my opinion.

Most of us either read his crap on the BC forums or on Kingsnake.
He ( Damon, Brian, or whatever he calls himself this week) was the instigater to the best of my knowledge. He went as far as to threaten me as well ( no I didn't save the threats, If I saved all the threats I receive my box would be full).
One of the reasons Damon went off is because he was asked to post pistures of his animals, and he was also asked if he was the one who broke into a fellow reptile breeders place.

The last time he came online as Brian Smith (and not an alias), he behaved like a rabid animal. I can't even post what he said there in this website, because I would surely be booted. It was insanely rasist, (he used the "N" word liberally, Stuff like "you should all be whipped like a bunch of N******s", he went off on a couple of girls on the forum because they were lesbian. He went absolutely freakin' NUTS. It even dipped into Satanisistic threats as he stated that he would put my head on a spike and do some little Satanic dance around it. He even had a name for the ceremony, but hell if I remember what he called it.
I really wish that the scene that went down at MoreliaPythons.com was still up and not deleted. There was a huge tell-all about BS on that site.

I knew there was something about that guy! I had confronted "Brian" on KS many times and unfortunately only a few of my posts remain in the archives(terdball/poosphere). I went many rounds with him and never got a straight answer with regard to his outlandish claims. To date he still claims that he cares for over two thousand animals (reptiles, rodents, pigs etc.) in about two hours a day. Huh-whu?
Making up a user name to post is one thing, but assuming a new identity with regard to one's real name is deceptive and seedy. For those of you who rely on his being a nice guy, remember, so was O.J.

I've never been called "small time" before. I'm honored. And you certainly are correct. But... I'd be VERY cautious before associating myself as a FRIEND of Mr. Damon/Brian Smith (or anything else associated with him for that matter).
Heck, the only person here who claims to actually have met the guy even calls him Brian. I'd think if you knew the guy as well as you say you do, you'd be a little more inclined to call him by his proper name, since it is OBVIOUS what his real name is.
I too remember the "donate money to a poor jobless schmuck" game on KS. Humerous, yes. But - it was a great eye opener to Damon's REAL personality.
I've never met the guy, I only know what I have seen of him on various forums, and what other people have told me. But I CAN guarantee... I will never do business with someone who must hide behind an alias.

That was "Hades-Raptor". I got bashed several times for questioning her motives as well as those who were soliciting money for a new monitor for her. All the while she claimed to be unable to afford to feed her animals yet seem to have an influx of expensive snakes. A player perhaps? I believe many of those posts still exist on KS, but many of mine were again deleted. Go figure. Exposing scoundrels on KS is a big no-no!
