So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I read the post the first time through and I re-read it just now. All I am saying is what I said PAGES ago. It sounded to me like someone else wrote it. More or less, I was correct. Damon said it all through your fingers.

Like I said before, if you missed the post, just use this as a valuable learning tool. I think I am a very realistic person and judge things wisley. Like us all, we make mistakes and are wrong from time to time.
 
1. His real name is Damon. He lives in Cali. He was using a false name to protect himself.

2. Do not judge him for using a different name or not saying where he is located. I would not want everyone to know where i was located if i had a load of money in snakes at my location. You are looking for trouble.
So for his safety he decided to use a different name and location. And to convey the importance of this name change and location change......you decided to tell all ?

Also Peter Kahl, Ralph Davis and VPI. A lot of people know where they are. They have "supposedly" a lot more invested in snakes than your friend Brian/Damon does. What does damon have that is so special? STOLEN SNAKES? <---ps. note the question mark. I am not saying he has stolen snakes......YET

The big breeders are scared of competition and will do anything to keep it to a minimum. They should be looking to create something new. I belive in honesty and there are some big breeders out there who are NOT honest at all.
Yeah Brian/Damon just has so much top notch stuff that they are all on the hunt for him and he had to go into hiding.

So tell me. How come you know so much about his stuff?

But other breeders are also having there share of problems with different BIG breeders and have openly e-mailed me about it.
Put up or shut up......lets see these e-mails and from whom... don't insinuate.

If you were in a situation to where you could possibly compete with the big name burm and retic breeders then you might see where he is coming from.
That's weird....I never heard of him.
And that is also weird.......A couple of the BIG NAME BREEDERS are more than happy to help me out. And I NEVER bought ANYTHING from ANY of them. I may have their animals and other things.....but it did not come directly from them. They also know that I am one of the many chipping away at their sales by selling my stuff.

If I were trying to compete with big name burm breeders, I'd be telling as many people my real name as possible. People not knowing your name makes it sort of tough for them to buy from you

Would you be up set to know that a well know breeder had almost his or her entire breeding stock wiped out by sickness and lies that they have not had any deaths. The deaths included a possible new morph. Then they fall back on the shoulders of another breeder to help keep them afloat.
We all know the story. It is not exactly as you remember it.

Not to mention on here(BOI) where Savannah accused Bob Clark of threating her. He never denied this. He is still respected by some and he has to threaten an 18 yr old girl cause his panties got in a wad because Jeffery Miller shipped some snakes for her. I understand Miller owes him money. But no need to to threaten a girl.This is alot worse than telling a different name.
I do not think he threatened her......But that is my opinion and I guess you have yours. Jeffrey Miller is bad news. It was a big breeder whos adult stock died off and will lie about it. I read where Damon's stock was wiped out but he admitts they why he took a break from breeding for a decade or so ago.

You've already revealed WHY you've used a phony name, so now that "the cat's out of the bag", why not go all out and end the mystery by telling Wes WHO you are before someone else does? After all, you seem to know who he is, and you've intimated that he's guilty of some shady business. It's only fair that you give him all of the facts ("for the love of God", at least let him know who you are) so that he can make an informed rebuttal to whatever you've accused him of?

In general, I see nothing wrong with using a ficticious name as long as you are the type of person who wouldn't even think about ripping someone off. However, I'm suspicious about your reluctance to "show up" here to set the record straight. The implication is that you have something to hide, as previously mentioned by others. The fact that Thomas Owens has posted 17 times and Sybella has posted 10 times on your behalf, while you have posted 0 times makes you look worse every time they honk about what a great guy you are. You are making them look bad as well.

So, you have managed to lose ALL of your snakes, although you claim to bear NONE of the responsibility, and you are now planning to sell snakes to other people, under a ficticious name. If you want to build a good reputation for yourself and put your competition to shame, you might want to take some time at this point, to make a convincing argument that the rest of the galaxy was, in fact, responsible for the death of your entire, and extensive, collection of snakes the first time around. Why should YOU have to change YOUR name if you had nothing to do with the loss of your collection?

I'm a little skeptical because I know of someone else, from Southern California, who is in the habit of using ficticious names, who was ripping people off, but finally got busted on Fauna. Now he's a guy with all the incentive in the world to disguise his true identity. I'm wondering if you are doing the same? What are you hiding "Damon"?

_ _I have done a lot of business with Bob Clark recently. He is top notch in every way. I saw his facility in person and he was happy to let me crawl around for a few days having fun and holding his snakes. He always goes the extra mile, is a great guy, and stands behind what he sells 100%. In April I purchased over 20 high dollar morphs and species. All are feeding exceptionally, are healthy and parasite-free. No complications whatsoever. I just put in another order for more stock and am expecting it tomorrow. I will buy from Bob for as long as he is in business. I would certainly recomend him to any herper who is serious about keeping only healthy reptiles. Even if they cost more,.. it's better to be trouble-free in my opinion. If any reader of this post has any questions, don't hessitate to contact me via email. #1) Do you thing his wife was impressed with "Damon's" "romantic" tendencies in this instance?

#2) What is your relationship with "Damon" really? What do you stand to gain in defending an obvious fraud?

I wish all of those posts were still available. No dedicated "family man" would conduct himself the way "Damon" did in those threads. Enough about that. WHERE'S ELMO!

Dont say anything about what bob is doing yet..

It was very hard, noone wanted to help me. I had a ball pyton and realized there was money in delaing with snakes.. wow, thats cool. I got some exporters contact info from a directory put out by a business in california. I contacted all the exporters and I started to talk to one in asia a lot. we are both females and she kinda took my under her wing. I have been very lucky and then I was able to get the dwarf burms and other morphs. We have the iwld caught albino burms, a wild caught granite burm and a few other things.
It was so much I spent on these things. I had to agree to take them all to make sure noone else got them and I had to do it without knowing if they wer elegit. I took a huge ridsk and it paid off. It was thousands and thousands. I could have had a pair of any ball morphs out there or even a group. But i thought these were bigger than any ball morph. I think these will be huge and all burms in the future will have dwarf blood in them, at least most.

People need a smaller snake. Burms breeding will become more about being more economical and manageble. Not so much food and smaller cages, etc. easier to handle..
I cant wait to hatch these out and put out to the public.

Let me know if you hnave any thoughts on these dwarves and marketing them, etc.

I iwll tell you this, not because of what bob is doing to me but because you should know if you are buying from him.. He didnt produce any burms this year, he bought them from others. All or most of his burms died from a virus, this virus has been spread to other collections too, because all animals that bob sells goes thru his facility and its only one room and all snakes can get it.

The burms die and it seems like a respitory infection that doesnt go away. So be careful, anything coming from him could be infected. He lost his blonde burm and all his other new projects. Thats why he is so much after these. He has nothing new..

So it may not be the same Damon. Then again it could be the same Damon just using a different last name. We will know when the IP check comes back. I do have a list of his IP that he has ever used. Plus realvenum has corresponded with him recently. So we will check his too.


And WES. I firmly believe in having the right to know who the person is that accuses you of anything. With that in mind. Check your mail.

Yes bob... I have a restraining order on him, well an injuction of harassment. He flat out told me he would come and take them from me and that he would let me make money on them. So i took it all to the judge and he agreed that it was harassment. Im so stressed. Kingsnake wont letr me post ads..

Im 18 years old, worked hard for my contacts in other countries, did it all myself and used my savings and families money and now because he is jealous and has a big name is is trying to ruin me. I cant believe this business is like this. Thats why i believe damon, becaise its bob he is talking about.

I would love to start a kingsnake, ive actually been talking about it now recently. After we start selling dwarf burms, we could pay for such a site. I know we could get people to use it and get bigger than kingsnake.. I know jeffb the owner kills every business that tries to compete, but i wont give up.. So look into that more.. COuld you let me know about anythign on the bcforum and on other forums?? help me oput like that and maybe get the dwarf word out more, even on bc forums? I would appreciatre everything you do to help.. You will be earning that dwarf burm huh? ha ha..

Anyway, its been very hard dealing with this bob thing. People will beielve him because he is a big name and people really dont know how he is.. he asked me to call him and he started screaming at me!! I have all the proof with emails and all..

Hey.. I know all about Damon. I believe what he is saying because we have had some of these problems recently with some of the people he is. All because of the dwarf burms. Its been very stressful. I hope you dont push me away by telling you this, but I think you know who he is talking about and Im sure you have read about this before on the BC forums. Well the main man there has been giving me a hell of a problem, so much so a judge agreed he was harassing me. Please dont put it out yet, I am waiting to see what is done next. He told me on the phone and email he wouldnt allow me to profit from these dwarf burms, once he found out that the asia exporter wouldnt sell to him and will only sell them to me.




Its been very terrible because I know he is a very big name and Im nobody..




Please let me know what you think.. I really dont know what to do. I know it sounds crazy but he told me he wouldnt allow me to post ads on kingsnake and 2 days later my account was canceled by the onwer without any reason. And I know him and the owner of kingsnake are friends.
