Because Mr. Oakley, it is very simple. I don't feel I owe you or anyone else ANY explanation for ANYTHING non-herp related. To this point in this whole ridiculous, vicious thread wholey constructed to destroy my credibility not a single herp related allegation has been proven with a single shred of evidence.

I think that the issues in this forum are about reptiles and reptile business and how that business is conducted. I have never stolen anything from anyone, I have never made a bad deal. I have never sold a sick snake. I have never even sold a snake with mites. I don't know Whitefeather and I don't associate with any thieves period.

I don't think it is relevant if I live in a shack (which I don't, lol). And I don't think it's relevant if I got a DUI 10 years ago, or 15 years ago, or 20 years ago. I don't think any non-herp related stuff matters one bit. But maybe that's just me.

I have not furthered anything else because the other party involved has kept his word and have not gotten involved.

Now, please do not bother emailing me or posting any questions to me, because quite frankly Mr. Oakley I do not like you one bit and I will not stoop to post to you again. You claimed many times to be unbiased and that was why I attempted to reveal the truth to you, but you have demonstrated time and time again that you were/are very much biased. And that makes you a liar. Period.

You sarcasm shows that you act well younger than your age. I told you in the emails that you should just come on here, talk about the issues at hand. What do I know though.
I still look for a GOOD answer. Why all the childish comments? Why not confront everything you wanted to? You wanted everything brought out and it has been. Now what? Are you lost for words since it was all a big threat? What happened to the 24 hour deadline?

Brian Oakley, I asked him if it was about 5 pages or so ago and even sent a welcome back email to burmboy when I saw it today on ks. I really wish I had just been left out of this mess. Feels like dealing with kennyboy or upchuck, got to take a shower when I'm done, you know?

It seems that brian/damon/josh/ burmboy has a real need to make multiple posts daily somewhere. Seems to be an addiction. That's why, I suspect, that he never posted here until he was kicked off ks. The jones got to be too much so open went the mouth and in went the feet.

You mention Whitefeather in your post and in your emails. When did I ever bring up WHitefeather? Just another thing that baffles me. Please read the emails and tell me where I said Whitefeather in any of them. YOU are the only one that brings him up!
You jsut said you never sold a sick snake. YOu said in your emails to me that your collection was wipped out (more or less) and you sold off the remaning animals "CHEEP". Would there not be a good chance that they too were sick since you received just a few animals (that is what you said) that infected your colony? Why would you sell them so "cheep" if they were all ok? I certainly would not.
The issues on this forum ARE about reptiles. Reptile sales, bredders, etc. This would make you qualify as a good toipic for this BOI. This thread shows in detail the type of person that one MIGHT purchase from if the chance ever came about. That person would be one who goes under multiple names, distorts the truth about the animals they have (size) and one who will swear at you and call you vulgar names if you say something you do not like (see emails), one who's stories change because you cannot remember what you said in your own emails. All you have to do is re-read them before you respond to something. On the other hand you would have to let your anger and frustration step asside and think clearly.
I personally do not care about your DUI's....so quit bringing those up as I never even mentioned those. You must be getting your anger in the way of pointing fingers at the correct person.

When I read "Burm Boy," I thought you guys were making a joke about the "Josh Burm Guy" username but Damon's wife that she thought someone really was using this name. She commented that if this "Burmboy" was hassled by anyone that think's it's Damon, the poor kid wouldn't know what hit him. I agreed that it would be ugly.

I didn't think it would be fair to let all of you go on with your assumptions when an innocent may be a victim. I HAD to post, for the sake of this "Burm Boy" person.

I sent burmboy an email this afternoon. Never heard back from him. Highly suspicious unless it's brian/damon/josh as well.

I don't think your proof, being the word of a liars wife, and I'm not saying she's lying on purpose or even at all but, unless I hear from burmboy that he is not brian/damon/josh in some manner that is incontrovertable, I will hold to my thinking that they are all one and the same.

Don't you think it's time brian/damon/josh and perhaps burmboy spoke for themselves instead of through others? And, on that subject, why can't brian/damon/josh and perhaps burmboy speak for him/themselves?

That too is highly suspicious of them all being one and the same.

See, Damon, you avoid the IMPORTANT things like the conditon of the remoning snakes you sold however many years ago. I think that is VERY important, and in fact, is a great point that I am glad made it ot the imfamous BOI. Yet another thing people should know before they purchase from you. If the animals in your collection were sick and dying, does/do the NEW owners have a clean bill of health with each and every animal you sold? I know, none of this is important. Just the fact that you could have killed off other people snakes/reptiles out of the fact that you wanted to "recoup" (yes a word you used in your email when speaking of an albino burm I think it was that died) your money. WOuld that not put you in the same shoes as those you accuse of doing the same to you? OH, I see, that only applies to everyone BUT Damon.
So in other words, the chances of you selling off sick snakes could be QUITE possible.

Should I re-post all the emails between you adn I so you can speak in a little more edjucated manner about what your own words are/were? I could do that for you. Only then, like on another forum, you would tell me that I am lying and you never said that. Your right, Damon, I wrote 12-14 HOURS of emails, fabricated them all, in just a matter of minutes to make me look good. Isn't that what you said on another forum right about midnight of the 29th going into the morning of the 30th of Dec.?

I do say you are defending a liar though. brain/damon/josh and perhaps burmboy has/have lied many times on this thread and all the others he's been involved in about the multiple personalities.

He is very good at getting others to post for him, parroting as it were, what he has told them. He is a very convincing liar. But there is no doubt that he is a liar. There is a large doubt in my mind as well as at least one other intelligent mind as to whether or not brian/damon/josh is also burmguy.

I would simply like to see brian/damon/josh confirm or deny whether or not that is also one of his many names.

My statement of facts:

When I sold the remaining snakes of my colonies from the 80's it was to a couple of upstart breeders that thought they could better cure the sick snakes. They knew they were sick. They got them cheap (not cheep, lmao).

This has absolutely nothing to do with anything going on past 1990. Some members in here (I won't say names) apparently have very low IQ's and are having a very hard time differentiating between snakes of 15 years ago,.. and snakes of now.

With that being said,.... (sigh),..... I must state again that I have never once sold any snake that was less than 100% healthy,.. to ANYONE! Before the unedjumacated ones jump up and say, "But ya'all sold them thar sick snakes to those guys!", I don't count that as they knew they were sick up front and it was part of the deal.

Now,... (sigh),.... Ritchie Lunie once posted that I had connections with Whitefeather. It's absurd and untrue and that was why I brought it up and denounced it as preposturous. Now,.. some unedjumacated folks seem to think that the entire world revolves around them and that everything I post MUST have to do with the emails between him and I. Reality check to Mr. Inflated ego,.. it doesn't.

Now,..... let's see if he gets it this time. (lol)

Burmboy does, as I have stated in this thread three times now, I sent him an email yesterday afternoon. He has not emailed me back. I inferred that he was in fact brian/damon/josh in that email. Had I or you or anyone else, most likely, gotten that email, the most probable reply would have been that I was mistaken in my thinking.

Since I recieved no reply at all it sure looks like burmguy is brian/damon/josh.

Got anything to add brain/damon/josh?
