Goody for you! But this isn't a court of law hotshot and I don't know you guys. I'm not denying the veracity of Slackoff's claims. But at this point I question the identity of everyone posting on this thread and their motives. I do have a problem taking someone serious who calls themself Slackass although I find it amusing and privately told him so. I still find it amusing, but not very mature.

I am going to try and stay on the topic of this thread. Some of us herer know a great deal about the situation. Either in part because we/they were involved in the thread on BCF OR Damon himself emailed us/I and told us the whole story. I do not think people are talking too far out of the realm of reality here with the exception of a few emotions getting in the way. I am not going to sit here and jump all over you. No point to it. What I said was true based on the info I got from the internet OR Damon himself. Damon and I have communicated ALOT back when this thread started about the situation at hand.
My opinion , and I can somewhat see the thrill, is that you try to keep things rolling because some of us (myself at times) like drama. This really is a serious matter at hand and the things that were said via email/forums/phone really hit home to those involved. That is not to say anything bad about anyone involved, but the topic deep inside this thread really is a serious one.

Please show me where I have ever said that my profession makes me better than anyone else. It seems that you might have some insecurity issues that you need to deal with rather than getting mad at others because they have accomplished difficult goals.

The fact that I have chosen to stay out of this is twofold. First, Damon and I made an agreement several months ago that we would just leave each other alone. I have and will honor that agreement as long as he does. Second, I have more important things in my life to deal with than this. Considering the fact that you have no involvement with anyone participating in this thread, maybe a better question would be "why are you so concerned about it?"

Say, about these ridiculous issues that these silly guys keep hammering into the ground,... I never denied that things were like that in Bob's forums. In fact, I admitted it and even elaborated on the details. So technically there are 3 eyewitnesses verifying the story, one of which is ME, lol. The only thing I dispute is the racial stuff. I don't remember ever saying anything racial. If I did, ok, whatever, I was drunk and off my can, but I seriously don't remember. But the point is, I'm not racial. It's kind of ridiculus for these petty guys to try to lump that on there in attempts to make me look somehow even more diabolical. "Oh my God, not only is he just like hitler, he's a full on racist too! Oh My Gawd! Run for the hills!" lol. I find it and this entire thread HILARIOUS and I really couldn't care less about it or about anything anyone says about me, other than the outright lies. I have never ripped anyone off, and I really do not remember ever saying any racial slurs. But if I did I didn't mean them. But whatever. I really don't care what these guys say. None of this can ever do me any actual damage in any real way. Say what you will guys, have at it. (Actually I was kind of hoping this thread would break some posting records of some sort if it hasn't already. Talk about an ego boost.) Now let me see if I can think of some *true* bad things I have done, (that have statutes of limitation), to give these guys some factual ammo,...Let's see, I was a drug dealer for all of the 80's and even transported large quantities of cocaine from Florida to California in the mid to late 80's. A lot happened during that decade, most of which I can't post here, but it was a very "eventful" decade. I used my drug money to finance my first reptile colonies and to hire a high priced lawyer when my murder trial came up (a lot of good THAT did, lol). I never got caught for anything I did during all those years. And I was most certainly a very baaaaad person back then. But I'm not now. But I really don't care if you guys believe it or not. Those that know me know I am a good person. And that's good enough for me. I quit drinking in 2002 and anything related to alcohol is irrelevant since I no longer drink and will never drink again. But if any of you feel otherwise I urge you to keep posting your thoughts on the matter. I love the attention and besides, business is waaaay up as a result of this thread. (can you say "Martyr")

Like I said in my most recent email to you Dr. Owens,... I hold no grudges against anyone involved in this or any other dispute involving me. I am finished with any anger, animosity or malice (sorry to disappoint you other guys for not providing you with the reaction you seek to evoke. It just isn't in me).

I find this VERY interesting. An agreement with someone who is a complete scoundrel in the eyes of all your "buddies". Very interesting. Perhaps you don't percieve Damon as such a bad guy like your friends do. By the way, is showing up and posting on your buddy's behalf "honoring" your agreement? I'd have to think not.

Well, you did make a couple of comments that could be deemed racist. I won't go into details, but you used a derogatory term for black people a couple of time while ripping on someone. However, to be fair, I never saw you say anything that could be considered racist before that time or since. In my opinion, you were very angry at the time you made the comment and evidenced by some of the other things you said, you were using little or no judgement in what you said or how you said it. Consequently, you used a term that you might not have used normally, and some people labeled you for it. Once again, to be perfectly honest that is the only instance that I have witnessed in which you said something that could be deemed "racist," and I have never seen you say anything like it either before or since. If it matters at all, I don't think that you're a racist.

I will read the rest of your post after I am done here. I knew you couldn't go without opening your mouth (letting your fingers type). The info I got, along with Ritchie Luna was PUBLIC RECORD there big guy. The emails I got from a few individuals brought up some concerning matters. ALL of this was CONFIRMED by Damon. That is the key to my post when I said "emails". You have NO CLUE what you are talking about in any of this Boapit. Damon and I emailed each other for DAYS about all this and he came 100% clean with me before he posted it here on this very thread. So before you start talking out your a$$ make sure you know what youa re talking about............I DO and you should try it.
I have been nothing but tactful in ALL this stuff here on this thread. Damon told me he does not blame me (not quoting him exactly) for anything that I said. I was pretty damn close to accurate although I did not have the minor details of SOME of the situations. Do you have ANYTHING better to do besides copy and paste each and every post that people make? I just sent someone an email about 10 minutes ago saying that you were on the BOI, copying and pasting the whole damn post and have to reply to each and every bit of it. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have said in all my posts to you that I was not attacking you, mearly replying to SOME things you said/say. Big deal, let someone say something once in a while and just leave it be. I am a relative unknown, but Bobby's been around awhile, and Doc Owens reputation in this industry, and as a stand-up guy is completely unimpeachable. What you seem to be saying is that Damon's word stands equally we the three of ours. That's just stupid.

I apologize for bringing this back to the top again but I've spent the last few days with my family after the passing of my grandmother Wednesday and I'd like to respond to a few things.

Dr. Owens and myself have been members here far longer that you have. What could our motives possibly be? Did my post attempt to harm Damon in any way? I was simply trying to answer a question that was brought up about the situation. I believe Jay was doing the same.

I can understand your feelings here but Jay and Damon have gone over this with each other extensively and would probably rather put it behind them. If the events on the BC forum weren't questioned I doubt Jay would have posted here at all.

I'm not really sure if I'm being included as one of all his "buddies" here or not. I never implied Damon is a "complete scoundrel" or "such a bad guy". Damon messed up. I mess up all the time. We have to learn from our mistakes. I don't have any animosity toward Damon at all. If his prices are good enough and he has something I want I'll probably give him a try.
