    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Aaaah, a nice reply. Hopefully that wasn't too painful, lol. Thank you for the lack of inane comments and silly "Troll" references. I missed alot of the latest posts until this morning but don't think they're worth entertaining. I'm not so sure I agree with the "deal" made behind the scenes and it makes this look fishy, but so be it. I'm sure that'll all come out in the wash. Thank's again for the civil response! Perhaps I did get carried away and should lighten up a bit.

I did read the whole article. I saw NOTHING in it that pertains to me. The fact that you come on this thread and dub me a troll doesn't make it so. I have my opinions just like everyone else here. If it doesn't coincide with yours then so what! I'm not obligated to agree with you just because your a moderator. Quite frankly, I'm not the troll here. The difference between my posts and all of yours is simple. My posts with regard to you guys, while at times being annoying, bears no animosity or ill feelings toward anyone, even Damon. If you read all of my posts real close, you'll see that. Sound like a troll? I don't think so. On the other hand, you guys post with regard to me because you can't stand me, plain and simple. I think that constitutes being a troll more than just my being irritating. In any case, give me all the points you must because you percieve me as a troll. I totally disagree. In fact, I didn't pursue you in any of my posts. I simply was making a point that I didn't know you or the other guy who Slackass referred to, thus not holding much creedence IN MY MIND as far as evidence was concerned. I did not attack you personally as you guys have done me. If I inadvertantly attacked anyone, I apologize. But I will not apologize for stating my opinions. chris, you're a troll through and through. You constantly attack and harrass people on MANY threads. You don not always have any point to make other than you disagree with the posters. You are unpleasant almost all the time.

I have stated it before, though I don't recall if it was on this thread or another where you were particularly unpleasant, but you are most certainly a troll. If you doubt me start a poll and see just how many others think as I do.

Do you support the person or persons that the "other" threads were about? Take all the polls you want.They will be biassed and irrelevant. The fact of the matter is, I have a clean slate. Perhaps that what really bothers you.
 
Ok. It stops now. This topic is not about Chris Kennard (Boapit), nor is it his topic to use in order to argue with the world. It is about Damon Heynen (Brian Smith, Josh Burm Guy, etc.). If you have something to say about Damon, then post it. If it is about anyone or anything else, then don't.


For God's sake, give Damon a break and let this thread die if there is nothing else useful to add.
 
How dare this thread reach page 2!

Before this thread dies out and becomes buried deep in the many pages of the BOI I wanted to point out a few facts.

In this thread many many things were said about me that were not true, as well as many non-herp related things that were true. Many things were dug up from decades ago and displayed here with one purpose only and that is/was to make me look as awful as was humanly possible. I understand the few that were angry at me for the angry emails that I sent and awful words that I said. Granted, they needed a little closure and a lot of payback. I don't quite understand the limit to which they felt they needed to go to achieve this, but okay, it happened and it's over. What else I don't understand if the guys that don't know me and that I don't know from Adam also chiming in and doing this. It's just kind of baffling. But like I said, it's done and can't be undone.

Now, as to the things said about me regarding herps and herp business, none of them are true and I think it should be noted here that not one shred of evidence ever surfaced to support these awful claims. Claims that I was a thief and had ripped off people and pet stores. Claims that I have sold sick snakes to trusting buyers. Etc, etc. Not one shred of evidence was found to support any of this. Not one person came forward and so much as said that I ever did even a bad deal with them regarding reptiles. And even though every bad thing I have ever done was exhumed and displayed here for the world to see, not one thing had to do with reptiles or the reptile business. And I think that that is what these forums here are all about. Exposing crooked businessmen in the business of reptiles. Not showing that someone was an alcoholic a decade before. I think that since I have never done a dishonest reptile deal that this whole thread is a big waste of bandwidth space. And I should hope that it's sole purpose of simply attempting to make me look bad is as transparent to any unbiased person that happens to read it, as it is to me.
 
Actually brain/damon/josh, you said a lot of really crappy things. You have done a lot of really crappy things. Your mouth is something of a cesspool on occasion and that elicited the responces that you got.

I agree that little of this thread bore out that you had done bad deals. At least not in the recent past. You did lie about your breeders. You did brag audaciously about what you have and claim several times to be a big breeder and yet no one came forward and said they had bought anything from you.

Are you as bad a guy as you were made out to be? Honestly I just don't know. But please don't come looking for pity after the way you behaved here and on ks.

If you want respect and a good reputation you need to build it. Start this season and go from there. It's highly unlikely that what you have said or done will soon be forgotten, you were rather a jerk quite a bit of the time. It is good that you mellowed out toward the end of this thread for whatever reason but, don't go looking for sympathy.

The hole you dug may not be so deep that you can't get out of it. It will take a lot of work to do so however. You might also see about filling that chip on your shoulder in a bit. If, as you stated numerous times, this site and the people on it mean nothing to you, could not affect your business at all, and you really don't care anyway, well, why are you bringing this thread back up?

Move on and do right. Eventually you'll have the rep you want.

Get a clue. I'm not seeking out "sympathy" or "pity". I couldn't care less about all this. And I brought it back to the top to demonstrate that. (but you seemed to miss that aspect of it).

But I also wanted to state one last time that NONE of the alegations regarding bad deals or theft are true. I don't care what YOU think. You are a nobody to me. I was not offering up any explanations to you, nor will I ever.

And I DO have a LOT of great stuff and am going to be producing incredible morphs. This new business is in it's infancy and most has yet to be hatched or birthed. If anyone does the math they will realize that I myself stated that the yearlings I acquired in 2002 had not produced yet. But almost every one of the morphs I own, and boy, there are MANY are currently gravid. How many other people are going to be producing albino tigers this year I wonder? What,... 6 maybe? Worldwide. What will you be producing this year? Here's a partial list of what I am producing this year and most by May or June: Albino tiger reticulated pythons, albino reticulated (three color phases, purple, lavender and white) hets for both, Tiger reticulateds, super tigers, albino granite burmese, granite burmese 100% het albino, albino labyrinth burmese, albino patternless burmese/albino green burmese, many rock/burmese hybrids double het for something I am not at liberty to say right now, patternless green rock pythons, broadbanded green rock pythons, sumatran blood pythons, malaysian blood pythons, dumerils ground boas (two remarkable phases), irian jaya carpet pythons, jungle carpet pythons, suriname red tails with reverse tail stripe parents, and much more. In everything except the irians I have two unrelated clutches coming and even three in some phases. But I'm not here to promote this. Just to merely point out that a lot of the BS allegations about me are FALSE. I really don't care about anything else or what one thinks of me as a person.

Well, that means a whole lot coming from someone who answered the allegation here by talking about "Green Tea" and moved to sarcasm and mockery.

You may not care what Wes thinks of you, you don't have to care what I think of you either. But with your posts, rest assured, you have reduced the amount of future sales you will have, all because you don't care what anyone here thinks.

Let's talk realistically for a moment. Saying you do not care is obsurd. Of course you care......for a few reasons I think this.
1. If you did not care, I would really be worried.
2. If you did not care, you would never posted on this thread, regardless of the name.
3. If you did not care, you would not have defended yourself like anyone else would.........with the ultimate goal (understand why) of increasing your sales this spring/winter/fall/next year, etc.
4. If you did not care, when you did reply to this thread, you would not have been so passionate about it.
5. If you did not care, you would not tell the same story/reasons over and over again.

Saying you do not care is like my son saying he does not care if he is punished for something. I tell him the same things I just told you. No, I am not comparing you to a child......I am simply stating that this kind of response is just the easiest way out. I do not believe for one second that you do not care........and I would be willing to bet, even those with the utmost disregard for you would agree with me.

Point is.............you do care and you should care.

Best of luck to you, even though you may not wat to hear it from Wes, he told you the same thing I told you in our emails between Dec. 29th and Dec. 31st. It is ok to make mistakes (whatever they may be in this case), just learn form them and take the good advice how to overcome these. I am not looking to say "told you so", I am just looking to see you make a difference for yourself !

And for the record, business is way up as a direct result of this thread. It's mindboggling and I kind of wish it were the opposite. (I don't like being too busy)

But no, I really don't care what a bunch of people, that quite clearly already don't like me, think about me. Why should I? Do you care what I think of you? Because it isn't much. But I would wager that you don't. And that's a good thing. I think if we all went around caring what everyone thought of us we'd be pretty pathetic and insecure. But I most certainly am not going to waste my time trying to convince you and 5 other people that I am a nice guy when you already obviously don't like me. Talk about a pointless endeavor. Not to mention the fact that I wouldn't choose to know people such as yourselves anyway. I am very selective with who I know, like and trust and you and these other trouble makers don't fall into that catagory. Even though we have had our huge differences over the last year or so, and in this thread you were neither for me nor against me, you actually made the most sense through the entire thing. Thanks for being the single voice of reason through the whole event.

And thanks for the best wishes on my business. But it is ALREADY thriving. I'm taking deposits almost daily for things yet to be hatched. I like your reference to the Field of Dreams quote. It's SO true. (the sages, lol. that cracked me up) (you always could crack me up)

And dude,.. just for the record,.. I really do take care of all these animals in as short a time daily as I told you before. It's just the systems I have instilled that makes it easy. But I never misled you bro. And if you ever want to come see for yourself, I'd welcome you in a heartbeat and even put you up for a few days. Take care man.

I think you will find that most people do care what others think of them. It is most certainly not a sign of insecurity, I think it is a positive sign of self respect. I would be rather bothered if nobody liked me. Not to get all "mushy", but come one Damon, we all need people in one way or another. We all look for approval to some degree from people in our life.
You look for approval by producing high quality snakes. Please do not tell me you only do it for yourself. If that were the case you would not sell a single animal. You want poeple to say they got a great snake at a great price from you. We all do. Not to start another debate, but we all do it for the money to some degree. Yes, we all got into this for the love of snakes........I have never met someone deathly afraid of snakes/discusted by snakes, who handled them and worked with them every day. At some point we decided to produce them. We did not produce them just to say they did it. If that were the case we would have done it once and left it at that. Point is, we look for approval, we look for people to like us, respect us (in most cases), think highly of what we achieve/d.
