Purchased one of his Aru x Biaks back in December and recently had it delivered due to weather.
The entire transaction was fantastic, during the delay (due to weather) he constantly updated me with new pictures of the animal, this was done on his behalf without me asking. He was very helpful with providing information before the sale, while I was considering to purchase from him, answered all my questions.
The animal itself is very healthy, packaged professionally. The first day home, it was very active and ate the first attempt.
I was a bit skeptical at first with making a purchase online due to all the horror stories, especially with a delicate snake such as a baby GTP, but my experience with Brian could not have better. It is obvious he takes tremendous care with his animals and his customer service is top notch. I definitely would have no problem recommending him to others and purchasing again from him.
