So we have everything booked and have received a good response so the conference is a go! Thanks for the support we have received so far! This conference is taking the place of the ATS conference this year since they could not do it this round.

6pm - "Hello! You are in the Desert!" - Welcome remarks from Ken and Georgi MacNeil
6:30pm - Key Note Speaker - TBT
7pm - "Across the Web" Mixer - Introduce yourself face to face with arachnid buddies from across the country.
- Family friendly, Finger foods provided, pay bar
- Cockroach races, all proceeds to be donated to the ATS.

Day Hike - location and time TBT with Philip MacDuff
Arizona Desert Museum field trip
Tour Ken the Bug Guy's Shop
Spider Mall - browse the tables of non-living and living goodies, art exhibits, animal exhibits, sexing station (bring your molts), and more!
Meet the R.O.U.S BBQ dinner @ Ken the Bug Guy's house followed by Black light scorpion hunt. Wait till you see all the neat animals up close and personal (Capybaras, Porcupines, Emus and more)!

Lectures - TBT - If anyone that has expertise with tarantulas of any kind wants to volunteer to speak email ken at [email protected]
Dinner and Raffle - Dinner provided, pay bar
- Super Duper Awesome Raffle! Living and Non living items, all proceeds to be donated to the ATS.
We are trying to update everywhere but have designated a facebook and my website as 2 places we will definitely be posting everything as it comes in.
