I had the pleasure of purchasing a ball python from Brock. I appreciated how quickly he responded to my questions. The ball was shipped from his facility Fedex Priority overnight to be received yesterday morning. His wife even called to verify shipping information before the package left.
The estimated arrival time came and went yesterday without a package. I immediately called Fedex who couldn't figure out where the package was. I notified Brock and he immediately took action. He was able to find out that the package had ended up at a Fedex hub in another state. He worked with Fedex to ensure that high priority was given to getting the package back on a plane and to it's final destination. Brock and I worked together and communicated all day long regarding the package. He assured me that he always honored a 100% arrive alive guarantee.
The package finally arrived at 5PM yesterday. The snake was in excellent condition and looked much nicer than the pictures I saw.
I would not hesitate to do business with Brock again.
