This is a male Brooks kingsnake . He has a rare gene called white faced, cheek or also know as white lip. Rare opportunity for a breeder to add something new to their breeding program. He has a diffused side pattern and of course the white cheeks. Imagine breeding this into some animals of color to get brighter cleaner sides. Or maybe breed to a bone white or white sided. Hes believed to be possibly hypo or at least het.
Very limited info on this gene. While the bone white washes out color the white face gene seem to allow color.
Want to trade for a breeding pair of nice brooks or other colubrids. Hes very healthy and alert. Active like a kingsnake should with a healthy appetite. Only considering trade because i have nothing to breed him to and im mainly into boas. Still would like a few breeding pairs of colubrids. Hes about 3 years old and 5ft. I live in Aiken SC in the Augusta GA area. Shipping via FedEx is an option.
