• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Folks,

I recently conducted a transaction with Bruce Edelman to purchase a number of his rodent lab cages and I would like to say that my customer experience with this transaction was GREAT.

Communication with Bruce was timely and professional. Shipment of goods was as expected without delay!

Unfortunately, I did have some damage to goods when they arrived, but I contacted Bruce about this issue and he has immediately shipped replacement.

In this business we all have a tendency to develop a "cautious" nature, but believe me, I will be purchasing from Bruce again and can confidently recommend him to all in the herp community.

I agree 100%. did not know anything at all about this company, business was conducted by email. everything went flawless. VERY satisfied with the products i recieved at a great price.
i expected B grade products for the price.....not the case, A grade.

I have known Bruce since his beginnings at Bronx Reptiles in New York, and purchased more reptiles then I care to remember from Bruce, and in every order, all the reptiles came in as described.

In all these years he has never wavered from being a TOP NOTCH, HONEST Dealer!

Bruce is top notch:thumbsup:, I have been purchasing: Vision Rack systems, Vision Tubs, water bowls, hide boxes ect.. from bruce for the past four years. He is very professional and a nice guy to do business with. I have never had a problem with Bruce!
