    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello everyone. I think my bearded dragon is going into brumation. She has been just staying in the same spot and just stares. I tried putting a couple crickets in her cage and she didn't even look at them. Its like she's a zombie. She hasn't been sleeping during the day but looks tired. Does this sound like brumation? I have a uvb light, a white bulb heat lamp, and a red bulb heat lamp on 12 hours a day but a few minutes ago I decided to turn off the white heat lamp and the uvb light but left the red on for a little heat. It made it darker in there so if she wants to sleep she can. Is this the right thing to do?:shrug01:

Leave the lights on like you normally would (in the winter I do 10-11 hrs) and soak her in warm water twice a week for 20 min. to keep her hydrated.

As long as she was acting normal before she got sleepy, it is most likely brumation.

personally i took the lights off for mines he sleeps better,hes been down since sept,i wake him up every 2-3 weeks for a bathe,he might stay up due to the bath for a day or so and eat some worms then poop and back to sleep.
