    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Thanks for the heads up about this guy but its horrible that this happened to you. For me its hard to believe that your animals were sick/had mites/needed surgery. They were fine when you sent them right? How would something like that manifest in the 24 hours that it took for them to get from you to him? He is obviously just trying to to make you give up on on getting your animals back so that he can keep them for nothing and his lawyer not knowing anything about what was going on proves that he was just name dropping. I think you should call his local police, if it were me I'd be getting on a plane and getting my animals back myself. This guy is just a petty theif, don't let the issue go! Don't let him win, otherwise he'll just do it to other people as well.

As you know I posted up several animals. It was a simple typo on my part. No excuses it was a terrible mistake and I apologize to all.

You see, I had several documents open describing the animals offered and cut and pasted the wrong information into my status about 66% hets from the hypo motley het albino X DH het sunglow breeding. I posted them as 50% hets. I was proofing several documents at the same time and simply made an horrible Jr. mistake

Nothing devious was intended and when you pointed out the mistake I corrected the information publicly. I appreciate you pointing that out. Thank you very much Tom.

I learned a valuable lesson about running auctions on fb. It was a lot of work that yielded a net loss for me personally. The upside, if there is one, the auction winners will get some nice animals for very little investment.

Yes I friended and tagged a lot of people in hopes of increasing interest in the offerings. Another mistake on my part and I apologize for that error in judgement.

Because there was a discrepancy on who actually had the winning bid on a particular animal I honored both bids (substantial losses for me) because it was the right thing to do. Another one of my auctions one gentleman didn't understand how an overtime auction worked. I honored his bid as well again at my expense.

You are 100% right Tom a horrible mistake but please be assured that the animals I offer are bred just as I say they are.

I hope this response satisfies everyones concerns.
 
Sweet; simple misunderstanding on the FB auction's.. BUT, what about this thread? Can you provide some insight as to how this situation was handled/dealt with? There was and is no resolution from 09 that I am reading? Am I off here?

I would rather not respond, because it only adds content for the search engines to find. My reputation is important to me but in an effort to clear this up I will respond.

I shipped all of Angels animals back to him accept one or two that I had sold. I tried to purchase those two animals back without success. Against my better judgement I shipped the animal that had surgery to repair a bowel obstruction.

I made several attempts to contact Angel to try to work out arrangements on the two sold animals and to check on the condition of the sick animal. He never responded back to me with an update on the animal.

Lol.. It sure does attach to the search engine's... Shoot; just me postin' on this thread smacked me a little! (I get it all though; daily; I eat it for breakfast.) I started this morning out with some interesting emails. I'm working each one; one at a time! Thanks for clarifying Buddy! I wish you the best in the future. :)
 
For what it's worth I was the winner of a few of the auctions that Buddy posted. I recieved the animals today and they were all in great condition and exactly as described. Buddy had great communication throughout the process, and I would not hesitate to buy from him in the future.
