In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The name isn't very imaginative...

He's doing great. More calm that he was when I first got him and just a beautiful snake. Eats faithfully either an AFS or Rat once a week (P/K).

(haven't had time to get a manicure this week! )

I do like the fact that he eats every freaking thing that I put in his rack at dinner time and doesn't play with his food! :) I do hope he puts on some girth. Holding him is a lot like holding a piece of floppy string.

I hold him for about 15 minutes once a week.

Here's his tank. He's out of the racks now and into his permanent living quarters.

p.s the environment is settling, I had just cleaned and put fresh water in the tank.

psst - Deb.....he's a snow bull, not an ivory.

Oh, and if you can get me one of those blue things in the background, I'll come up with something good in trade :D

What did I know? LOL I had forgotten what you said! Thanks for the correction.

Is there such a thing as an "Ivory" Bull?

The blue thing in the background......I think I saw one in a China shop..the exact same color for 1.99. That's gonna cost you a Blood!

There is, but I don't know what's in it.

ummmm - I want a live one (silly girl). If you can come up with one, I'd trade you a blood for it

No fair! You didn't specify "live" in the original terms of the trade.

(silly girl)
I admit that I have my moments :yesnod:. It wouldn't be fun if I had to be bitchy, evil, and mean 24/7

Bully is a good looking bull. How old is he, he looks younger.

Rob

Thanks, he is a good looking young bull!

I do know that he's not a year old yet (since I don't plan to breed him, I haven't made a note of his age..I just know the general age).

Harald will know; he's the breeder. :yesnod:

Yes, he is a big beautiful animal! He gets bigger every time he eats.

I picked up a couple of BoaMasters at the Hamburg show yesterday:

I plan to put Bully in one and Ruby (corn snake) in the other..they are getting soooo big and they need room to stretch.

Hey Harald..I don't have any BoaMasters..my breeder racks are from Boaphile (I checked). If I said BoaMaster's I am sorry..that was my error.

BoaMasters are FREAKING HEAVY...I just finished sealing the bottom cracks and will be putting the guys in there tonight (if I can figure out how to put a thermosat on the heater (it's in the roof and it's a light..I forgot what it was called)

I usually give things a few days to cure after applying any kind of sealant, before putting animals in....what did you use? Was it something Mark provided, or something you had/purchased separately? (I had noticed those "cracks" where the interlocking pieces fit together - that's part of the reason I didn't more seriously consider those cages (the other part is that I'm just tired of melamine...I like the durability of plastic)

I did just decide, though, that I am going to use some of the remnants of my old monster racks to build a hibernaculum downstairs. I'll probably make it lidless, so I can minimize disturbances.

You have BoaMasters now, Deborah....
I know Mark offers RHPs, but I'm not sure about the light part - the light is included with, or a part of, the heater? C'mon there picture girl - show me what you're talking about, lol.

Ok, I'll do that. I used Silicone II 100% Silicone Sealant (his suggestion) I put it in yesterday evening..so I can even wait this next weekend..they are fine where they are.

I am liking it locking (they are just so damn heavy) I don't have to worry about the stacked ones falling.

When I get to the final stages of the business..I may have the basement outlined with them...*if they prove to be able to hold heat and humidity..like I told him..I have a tendency to JUNK whatever doesn't work for my babies.*
