Ok I know that most people can't give me a 100% answer to my questions on this. soI post them as we go.
AS some will know with the New delaware regulation changes ther 3 type of permits now that I could fall under.
a rehab permit ( this required some dnrec ( wildlife people) paper work and other crap) and requires a bunch of yearly paper work like the animals rescued rehomed what in my care and what I done ot care for them ( either done monthly or at end of year) can't breed snakes, can limited to like 20 animals total. ( renewed yearly I think)
an personal permit ( one per reptile ) this aslo does not allow breeding and they renewed every 3 years. (currnetly cost me about 475 I don't have . Like most even thoguh on disablity I living check to check with only change inthe bank account to keep it frome beign closed.
Ther some kind of Zoo one that every 5 years but Idon't think this would be viable.
The final option is a saling permit ( it done yearly but reguires a business lic as well ) this theonle does allow breedign but Ithink if I got this one and a business lic that measn taxes files and I been believes inthe past that it would result in the lost of my disablity.( or seriously reduce in benifits)
I am wondering from other experience with running business and such the problem with gonigthe final route. I know right now I can't make a profit on my snakes UnlessI go breeding like mad and that still not a guantee. I don't want to end up
and then getting screwed all around. It took mom over 10 years to get me on this disablity and I have gotten worst since then. I look more like a drunk staggering around and prone to my legs buckling from under me .
