Keith, lets start from the being. I saw your add on this forum for baby hypo snapping turtles. I contacted you by phone. I discussed the purchase with you about one baby turtle. You stated the turtle was $200.00 plus $50.00 for shipping. I said ok let me think about it. I called you back the next day. I wanted the turtle and would mail you a money order, please call me when you get the check I gave you my home phone number. One week went by and I called you. You then stated you did not even remember talking to me and stated I have not been home in four days. I asked you again to call me if you recieved the check. I waited three days called you back, you said i got the check. I then asked you when you could ship it. you stated in a few days. All these conversations with you were brief answers, from you mostly yep. At this point I did a BOI on you on this forum. Which I should have done on you from the beginng, my costly mistake. And as you just stated every thing on this thread is recorded. My research showed that you had other bad guy complaints from other buyers or traders on this forum you have a (trader rating; -2) and you are in the HALL OF SHAME and also learned you were on your way to prison. Not that there is anythiing wrong with that. Now back to the facts. I had to call you again the next week. You stated you were going to ship out tomorrow or tuesday. I then asked you if you could send me a nice turtle you said don't worry I will send you out a nice one. On tuesday nite I had to call you at 10;30 pm my time to ask if it was being shipped. You stated you will have it by 10;30 am. you then sent me a e-mail asking me if it was a pet or for research. I e-mailed you back saying it was for a breeding program. I believe you did that to cover your self on the Federal 4 inch rule for baby turtles being sold. I then e-mailed back asking for a tracking number I never heard from you again until I called you last nite. Hide my phone number hope you got a record of my e-mails I do with my home phone number right in it. The reason I never called you when I recieved the sick turtle because I would get one of your YEP answers. When I called you last nite I explained that I was treating the turtle, had taken it to the vet, I then asked if you would send me an other turtle and I would ship this back so you could look at, you then stated I do not want that back here and I don't even know you got it from me. I then stated someone thats been in this hobby so look would know a sick animal. Yes you did offer to send me an other turle for $150. So I am thinking $400 out plus $150 for a snapping turtle. SOMETHING IS NOT WRIGHT HERE. I then stated to you no thanks I have learned my lession I'll take the LOSS. Good-nite. By the way I am a very honest and hardworking person. This is a hobby I love I have kept and raised snapping turtles for over 52 years. Keith I believe I told you that. The reason I posted the bad guy tread. and I have been a member on this forum for 7 plus years with out one single problem, till this. I just want to make sure this does not happen to others. We all work hard for our money. And for most of us it is a hobby. Not a scam. Keith if you would like to sue me, ok I will have all the records (phone, e-mails and paper work vet bill your shipping container and box) what ever it takes. To me it would be worth it. Thanks
It's odd that, despite the fact that you can't seem to recall if/when the sale actually occurred, you're sure that you remember the buyer calling to express his satisfaction with his purchase. The OP definitely hasn't done much to make a good showing for himself; but if you continue with this feeble and nonsensical maundering and legal posturing, he may not even have to. Wouldn't be the first time that both sides of a BOI thread turned out to be duds; fairly sure it won't be the last time, either. Gotta love how some people react when they're tossed a bit of rope. I know, I know. It's all a conspiracy.
