    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

We love these guys. Imagination for scam is running low in this line of business, but, hey, after all, if it works (and I'll tell you how), it's always good to take.
Now, there is this guy from Paraguay. Country is closed for any export of CITES animals until (at least) April 2005. He posts in Kingsnake.com and might post here one day as well. He's a legitimate exporter, etc. etc. You contact him, he shoots back with a list of animals he says he can export. Minimum export is US$3,000.00, you ask for the doc, he explains that some animals are out of quota so he has to send them under a different name, etc. etc. You get your export permit, surprise, surprise, it's in fact a permit that has been issued for someone else already and is been reissued for you (you should watch out for these). Now comes the part that the guy tells you he needs the money to secure the deal. Western Union is what these people like best. You send the 50% down payment expecting the shipment to arrive within days following the payment, to finally find out the guy can't ship because of this, or because of that. He promises he'll ship to you later when the conditions (or the weather) is favorable again. If you wish to learn more about the guy, feel free to contact me. I have a whole list of assholes of the sort, and we need to report them to the authorities for scamming people.
 
FYI there are tons and I mean tons of people out there claiming to be exporters of reptiles from many different countries, primarily africa..... They are almost all frauds, The true exportes do not go on kingsnake,fauna or other websites to look for new customers... I have told many on this forum before that importing is something I barely like to do and Im an importer... Its tedious,time consuming and barely worth the effort after all the costs... The people sending emails are middle men,brookers sometimes who do not have the animals or just plain out looking to rip people off... I get at least 3 a week from true scammers... If you truely wish to import ask for references in the US, If they are not a major importer then the reference is most likely fake... Unless you plan to import a shipment of over $5,000 from africa or $3,000 from south america or $7,000 from INdo trust me when I say that you could buy it here for retail cheaper... The more that people understand that these are scams like the cashiers check ones they will continue cause they get results... Even we have been taken for tens of thousands of dollars by well know exporters..
