I purchased a group of 7 snakes from Byron Gillen - JAKL Reptiles, and they all arrived warm, healthy, clean and active. The weights were at or above what I was told for each animal, and I was 110% happy with the transaction. Furthermore, Byron called me as he was dropping them off to ship to give me the tracking number, and he followed his package so closely that I hadn't even gotten everything unpacked before I received a call checking to ensure everything arrived safely...now that's some great customer service! 
I still receive follow up messages from him checking on the snakes, making sure the hatchlings are eating and growing well, etc. He's been helpful with the behavior patterns of the two fm breeders I bought as well. I will absolutely purchase from Byron / JAKL Reptiles again, without question.
