Yes. Lies on top of lies. He sent me a couple colorful PMs before he was banned. Including one talking about ruining my reputation and feedback on any forum name I have. Why is he so angry with me for exposing him for what he truly is? Is he really going to deny he stole those pictures from Albey's website? I would love to see the emails he supposedly has turning me down on his boas. 1. I never emailed him, it was all done through PM, and 2. I told him I was no longer interested after I saw him offer the pair on an ad with albino boas for trade after which he practically begged me to buy them.

And just for the heck of it, here's a couple more screenshots showing some pictures stolen from Albey's site by this scammer.

Chris is saddly a bad breeder and can't manage himself on a reptile forum. He was promptly banned off a forum where I am very active because of his horrible hunbandy and insulting remarks. He keeps his animals on cedar and pine

I don't know if this would help or not, but on two occasions, he has inquired to buy some of my Boa females from me. On both occasions, the conversation seemed a bit "odd." Both times when I held the animal on his word, he flaked out and I never heard back from him. He seemed to have an excuse or "reason" for everything I asked him about.

He could be the greatest guy in the world, I don't know. I just have those experiences to go off of.

Isn't it though? LOL Here's some proof, snapped a few minutes ago in my quarantine area - that this guy does not now nor did he ever have that super pastel in his possession. Please forgive the bit of stuck shed. I wanted to give him a chance to digest his meal before messing with him too much. He's in the sauna now.

Funny thing, I saw the topic of this thread and HAD to look... he contacted me awhile back about picking up one of my recent albino boa offspring that I listed early to try and get reserved in advance of being able to ship them.
Around 1/29 I got a message from him about trading some hogs for one of my boas...

He also sent me a few emails back and forth outside of funa, during which time I had sent him photos and later a link to the photobucket page where the animals were ID'd and sexed. He went from thanking me and calling me his new buddy, telling me how happy I had made his family... in particular his daughter who was in remission from battling cancer, to just not responding at all! I felt really weird about it, especially after asking him to at least tell me he wasn't interested anymore as a courtesy. I emailed him a few more times so that if the emails were getting lost, he would at least get one and not think I was ignoring or forgetting him.

He seemed nice enough, although very eager and with unnecessary details to possibly dredge up extra sympathy when I was already willing to work something out with him. I was disappointed to not receive any reply whatsoever telling me about his lack of interest or otherwise. How strange to have felt sorry for him and his lack of finances, but to know now that he claims/claimed to have all that expensive livestock... I am grateful to not have gotten into an awkward situation with him myself then.

This guy just doesn't give up. When I thought we were working out a deal, I asked for references. He provided me with a few. I of course contacted them via email. I heard back from 2 of them. Both of which saying they had bought balls from him and they were in great shape and they couldn't have been happier. Well, yesterday (3/3/09) I got a reply from another one of his so called references.

1)She claims to have traded him an albino boa yet he doesn't have any boas according to what he told me. He said many times he has always dreamed of owning an albino boa and would even trade me a pied ball if I could get him an albino.
2)Notice the continuous run on sentence, just as Chris himself sends.
3)Notice the name on the return e-mail address compared to how the email is signed.

So, I replied simply thanks for the reference but I did not deal with Chris because he was trying to rip me off. And, that it was interesting she had traded him an albino boa when he had told me he didn't have any boas. I also informed this person that the structure of the email is the same as Chris himself sends and if they were going to send bogus references, to at least get it straight which name they were going to use. And here is the reply I got:

If you have the full headers from those emails, you can see where they're being sent from. Posting up those emails with headers would add another nail to his already fairly sturdy coffin.

FYI TO ALL... I responded to an ad on Hoobly on an offer wanting to trade balls for boas....user name "snakeman49424" first thing I noticed on ly been a member since 03/03/09 but I contacted and me and Mary or Malindia Triper start conversating back and forth...I do have to say she was very plesant in the beginning...I sent her pics of my reds and told her what I was looking for, then she offers me a 1800 g female spider and a 1900 g female albino for my reds...wow, you bet....no problem....we have a deal....we conversate back and forth and the whole time I am telling my wife this is to good to be true...this will never happen and if it does I will be shocked...well then it starts,
I get two messages at 3am saying she has an offer for the Spider and he want to trade her a Hypo male, she doesnt know what to do....the second message said she told the guy they have a deal because she didnt hear back from me at 3 am in the morning...so I wake up and see the messages and cant believe what I am reading...I go alittle off the deep end wanting to know why she had made a deal with him and couldnt understand that we had a deal...well the whole story changes...she never really made the deal with himand we are back on....few more emails back and forth me promising the reds are hers and not to get rid of the BP....well here is where it gets interesting....she sends me pick of the Spider from phone to phone and I do a search on the number and its coming from a "Chris Reardon" ...hmmm somethings not adding up...OK I move on and push the issue come shipping time....we part with emails both wishing each other to have a great weekend with our kids and we will contact each other come Monday as far as shipping.
Well when I contact her Monday and tell her she needs to ship first and give her all my information she goes "postal" stating there is no way she is shipping first and that I contacted her and its my responsibility to ship first...well I let her know there is no way I am shipping first because I cant find any info on her and that I am an established business and registered in numerious places as well as my wife bird rescue being registered and established and that she would have all sorts of recourse with me and I would have none with her...and that if she didnt want to ship first there would be no hard feeling and sorry to have waisted her time....wwweeeeellllllllllllllllllllllllll
Talk about a pschyo....mutliple emails to me about how I scammed her, lied to her, how shes contacting a lawyer, going to post all the emails on KS, Fauna, Yahoo and I am nothing but a scammer I dont work 65 hours a week, I lied the whole time, I responded to emails to quick, my wife adopts birds for 800.00 and that she doesnt work close with the community with the rescue, she breeds birds and that my wife is a scammer and we are both money hungry breeders and only out for the almighty buck and threats of her boyfriend whom I am guessing is Chris is coming to my house to pay me a visit as she put it...well you get the idea...after I told her no hard feelings and that I am only upset because i didnt get her snakes and that she not a breeder and gives away the babies she breed to friends...
So sorry its such a long post but I can ad the 50 emails back and forth if any one really wants to see them...I just wanted to ad to the fact

this guy used to be on my forum until i banned him for being a tool, and sending racial slurs to one of my mods... he doesn't know anything about reptiles... anytime he had a snake for sale i would ask him questions about it, and would ask for detailed specific pictures of them... somehow they would all mysteriously disappear!
