    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello,

I just wanted to share some pics and let you all know that I am working on trying to figure out the genetics of calico tokays, because for some reason the people that apparently breed them don't have much to say about it and two of my babies have finally hatched, so I guess we'll find out soon.

cool looking but at the same time really strange,only because I can honestly say,this is the first time I seen a tokay calico. But the baby is super cute ;) Do you handle them at all to try and keep them tamer than the average tokay? Its such a shame such a beautiful species is so aggressive.
 
Honestly.. I like them to be natural and they are not really aggressive, they are just protective. I think how protective they are is really cool. They will actually protect their babies. They are awesome display animals.
