Im Not active here as i use to be, I retired from reptiles. But What happened Wednesday this week, ruffled my family like nothing i ever felt.

My Sister and Niece were in a Very bad accident. The Snow Storm came out of No where, making the roads pure ice.
I am doing everyghin i can, using every option to spread the word the best i can. I need to raise funds to get them a new vehicle..

My niece has had 3 surgeries already, tonight 1.16.2026 is having her pelvic reattached to her lower lumbar. Last Night she had facial reconstruction surgery and now has a breathing Trach as her mouth is closed shut.

I just ask you all to spread the word, whatever you can.

Most welcome. There is usually a step-down/rehab-type in-between phase after something like this, but if she can handle going home, that can be better (especially for the mind). Make sure she both pushes herself to regain function as able, but also make sure she does not overextend herself or allow pride to prevent her from asking for help when it is really needed. Everybody, at some point, could use some grace.
 
For sure, they are doing IN home care once she is home. The EMS is bringing her inside, to get her settled in. I ordered a new bed for her so its not to low anymore. I have in room potty chair, and one over toilet for my sister. Shell eventually have to leave house in few weeks to unwire her jaw.
