    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Can you tell me a bit about these different types of sand boas?

The arabian, kenyan, and saharan!

Personally I really like the faces of Arabian Sand Boas, it's so unique. It's even different from the kenyans, I mean just look at it! http://www.westcoastcaptivebreeders.com/images/snakes/arab_sand_boa_head.JPG Those eyes....They're so creepy having them on top, but I like it.

The only problem is I'm having a lot of trouble finding information on them, they don't seem to be as common. Also I haven't been able to find any color morphs for them yet.
Anyone have any basic info on these? Are they a larger sand boa, are they as docile as the kenyans or more so/less so, how big of a viv do they need, and can they be housed together like some others?
Does anyone have any experiences with these, I can't find much about them...

Another one I'm looking at is the kenyan/east African of course! I really like their color morphs and size, but I hear that they can be rather nippy. Is it true you can house a trio together?

The last one is the Saharan/Mueller's/West African. I hear they're more tame, but I'm having trouble finding info on them as well. Do they get larger and need a larger viv? Can they also be housed together?

Out of these three: Which would you say is the most docile? Which is the largest/smallest?

THANK YOU!

I don't know anything about the Arabians. There isn't a whole lot of info on Kenyans or Saharan's out there either but I have 9 Kenyans right now and have 6 of them housed together 3 males and 3 females. I would say Kenyans are the easiest. You can house them all together just feed separate. They give live birth my max was 22 from 1 female last year. Saharan's are egg layers usually around 7 eggs. Hardly worth the work of breeding! I also love Indians because they are the largest of the sands but they usually only have 4-6 babies and I also hear they will eat other snakes? KENYANS ALL THE WAY
