Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

(I find it odd that this "James Smith" has the same birthday as you according to TheFragginDragon and the public record, the same name of course, and the New Jersey address linked to your address you're claiming at living now and in Centereach, NY. I've never heard or seen this many connections before... Long lost twin?)

Seems like this may be a good time to put the old identification verification system to use. If I were being 'mistaken' for a known scammer who just so happened to have the same birthday, name, stupid nickname, I have to think I'd be willing to do whatever it took to prove that I wasn't that guy. Shouldn't be too hard to prove that you don't currently live at any of the addresses that are associated with the 'other' James Smith.
 
Backed in a corner, loosing the trade deals, people knowing who you are really sucks. Guess you should have made right on our deal to save a little face. IF I was mistaken as someone else I would do anything and everything I could to show it. Show ID's, addy proofs, birth certs, whatever I had to. BUT then again I dont scam people and dont have to worry about that. Here is his FB so you can be sure you dont add him. Everyone remember to becareful 'who' you deal with. Always research them.

Since I have massive amounts of reptile connections on Facebook I just posted a status detailing this. He and I have 33 mutual friends so I am hoping they'll catch it and hopefully if any of them were working on any deals it will save their animals. At the very least I have just made many more people aware of the situation. I hope eventually it gets made right to you.... I can't imagine that... Knowing my snakes went to a thief like that would really tear me up.
 
I buy my feeders from Jungle Bobs, and have through three name changes to the store, but I have never seen anyone who looks like the guy in the facebook you have posted working there. (Thats going back to the late 90's).
The evidence is working against him here, with the DOB, nickname, website location etc.. Hopefully he comes clean, and finally pays up after nearly four years. I'll spread the word around the local community about James Smith, and this BOI.

The IP addresses don't match...but, given the 4 yr span between the last usage of the Capo James account and the registration of the riotreptiles account, that really isn't surprising.
(both accounts use the same ISP, though)

He alluded several times he worked there, albeit a year ago. Don't know if it's true, just know he posted it. :shrug01:

James Smith has JUST scamed a woman out of her GStripe Female, tried to say it was DOA which was then proved it wasn't dead, lied, then tried selling two snakes he had offered to give to her to comp the one that was "dead".
