    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Phelsuma laticauda (gold dust day geckos) hatchlings $40, adult females $50

Phelsuma lineata (lined day gecko) - one hatchling available. $45

Phelsuma quadriocellata parva (peacock day gecko)- this sub species of the peacock day gecko is very hard to find in the US. 4-5 months old. $75 each.

Phelsuma standingi (standings day gecko) - subadults of both sexes available. $100 each.

Being that they are captive bred, they are less susceptible to many diseases because they have not been through the trama of import, which can compromise the immune system and overall health on an animal.
Day geckos are kind of like having a pet fish- it's a pet you can set up in an beautiful tank and watch it do it's thing. Day geckos are very active and always entertaining, however for the most part they are too fast and delicate to be handled. Many will become tame enough to lick fruit off your finger or climb right up onto your arm. They are curious. Standings day geckos are an exception: you can tame them down and handle them. It does take a bit of work and possibly involves getting bit a few times.
