I have been getting dodged by Carol Winterhalter since mid October for two unpaid orders totaling $209.00.
Last known information:

After a number of attempts to contact Carol via phone, e-mail and pay-pal money request I contacted the local police there and was informed that it did not come as much as a surprise for them to hear this and that they had been out there on a few occasions previously. There was not anything the police could do about this and that I would have to pursue a civil case.
Now to make things even more complicated I believe her roommate Erica Scott - [email protected] – Dragons Unlimited is just as guilty. Approximately a month after Carol going missing I received an e-mail from Erica wanting to place an order. I replied back and informed her that her roommate had been avoiding me and still had an outstanding balance and that payment would have to be made prior to any order being sent out. She told me she was unaware of this but that she (Carol) was not living there due to “she stiffed us on rent money so we threw her out”.
Erica made the payment and the order was shipped out. The next time I was contacted by Erica (approximately two weeks later) she informed me that she had moved and that the order she was now placing needed to be sent to her new address (407 Cherry Street, Luther Michigan, 49656). That is when things started to sound odd. She told me she had the sent payment but it was not posting. After a number of calls from her telling me the payment was made (yet again nothing posted) I was beginning to get suspicious. After she called me from the landline that was provided by Carol previously I was pretty sure she was trying to pull a fast one since she had told me she had moved (per Google maps 57.5 miles away).
So in closing I would avoid any dealings with theses two.
