So there is a lot of talk about me being [email protected] Chris Carpenter. I am not that person. I have never owned a comcast email account. My email is [email protected]. People keep attacking me saying that I'm that person under a different account which is totally false. I have also never ever kept bearded dragons. The only thing I keep are crested geckos, a monitor, and ball pythons. How do I go about clearing this up? My reputation has been ruined all because someone has the same name as me and has screwed a lot of people over. I am totally new to this site as of 5/28/14 I believe and since the first day I have been attacked saying I'm that person under another username and account. Now the other day I did go off on some people because he posted on everyone of my ads that I was a fake and just wanted to steal and I got tired of it. I need my name cleared on this site so all of the smack can be out to rest. What can you do to help me clear my name?

There are two options here as far as I see it, you are NOT the same Chris Carpenter or you ARE. If you are NOT, this is an unfortunate series of coincidences.

1. Both you and the "other" Chris have the same names. This alone isn't enough to connect dots, like you so eloquently wrote me., "I'm not the only person with this name you !*%$*!%" or something to that effect.

2. While there are other Chris Carpenters in the world, both accounts are ironically listed as living 1hr apart from each other. Imagine that, the entire world to choose from and magically both live within a hour of each other.

3. Both accounts have mislabeled classified animals. I did link 2 of your ads to this BOI, you were in fact selling normal ball pythons as both Enchis and Fires. You have since deleted those ads.

So again, this is either a super sucky coincidence or it is you again.

While the location VA vs. MA is 100% my mistake, the mislabeled classifieds were not a mistake.

And I do apologize for those classifieds. The two normals that I had listed as a enchi and a fire were sold to me that way. Well not really sold so much as traded. I traded a snake of mine for those two and the mojave that I had listed. I just listed them as I was told, but did realize soon thereafter that they were just normals and for the confusion I am sorry. Again I do apologize for the classified mixups. And Robert I apologize for going off on you the other day. I am truly sorry. Thank you for clearing up that the carpenter1849 is in a totally different state than I am. Far away actually. Hopefully this puts to rest that him and I are in fact NOT THE SAME PERSON!

With all respect to "the new guy" - people move, lie about their location, and/or take measures to conceal information about themselves. I'm not saying that he is, or is not, the same person...because, frankly, I'm not convinced one way or the other.
While I don't expect to find the new one IS the old one; he's already given us plenty of reason to be cautious of him, between misrepresenting animals in those ads and his total lack of professionalism in the face of adversity. Would you want to have to tell this guy that the snake you just bought from him was DOA, or had some other issue for which you want a refund?

I saw this coming some time ago. Carpenter1849(Chris?) has been nothing but trouble on other sites as well. He is very rude and vulgar. After VERY childish emails from him I grew frustrated with him but kept relatively quiet. After being told my trans "wasn't" trans(and when I would not sell to him how ugly the dragon he wanted to originally purchase was) I had enough of it. I stopped communication with him but did receive more emails/inquiries from another email address(carpenter1489 i believe lol). His emails consisted of foul language, quoted Rap music lyrics and utter stupidity. This is truly someone you need not deal with. Not to mention the fact that in his short amount of time here he has mention to call a mod a liar reguarding the post HE deleted. Proof of this is held by the mod himself or can be seen in the classifieds still I believe. Do not let him fool you.


Here are a FEW emails. I do apologize if they are a bit out of order I am at the office lol, not much play time...The dates on the headers should hopefully clear any confusion up.
