    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The copyright owner posting or emailing a photo in no way shape or form releases copyright protection, nor does the owner need to state copyright in order for it to be in force. Quite the contrary, for works created after 1989, the owner must specifically opt-out of copyright protection for those works to not be afforded protection. For purposes of this thread, the doctrine of Fair Use comes into play. Well, that would hold true if Chris were to threaten a third party. Since he's chosen to threaten the staff of this site, such a matter wouldn't even make it to trial, as 47 USC 230 directly negates Chris' claim.

As for polygraphs, all I can say is that they are slightly more reliable than flipping a coin.

THANK YOU!!!! I was about to post something about this as well! I am an amateur artist, and I post my artwork online in order to get useful feedback. I see arguments like those that have been posted here (i.e. "if it's on the Internet, it's public domain"), and this complete disregard/ignorance of copyright law disturbs me.

YOU have no room to make fun of someone, especially with over a ton of folks telling You to stop referring to yourself in third party and yet after 400 post You still continue. Which still means You are still the liar of all liars with who ever is posting under this name. You are just a blame shifter in this scam you and your friends there help to pull on these unsuspecting folks here on fauna and God only knows where all else. Yeah, here's a suggestion. Cut the crap. If Chris had indeed broken into your house, stole your credit cards and used them fraudulently, stole your cell phone and racked up $300+ in charges, used your home address for the purpose of accepting packages that can now be considered stolen property, trespassing on your property in doing so, you would easily be able to prove it with documentation from your credit card companies and wireless provider.

You think a judge wouldn't believe a respectable, hard-working (3 jobs, right?) adult woman over a 22-year old kid who supposedly has already been the subject of Billy's alleged charges? The same kid you claim is already getting "counseling" for his, uh ... problems? Yeah, he surely has a clear advantage over you. :rolleyes:

So because he comes up with another silly tale (getting all too familiar in this thread), you simply cannot follow through after all the hard, tedious work of filing your reports with 2 PD's, clearing your good name with credit card companies, making a list of your stolen property.

I cleared things up and am now posting under a single name as the rules require.

Everytime Chris goes to court he pleads bipolar through his mom and lawyer. If mom keeps paying for his mistakes and letting him run amok, what are all the people who have been scammed by him supposed to do???

As you suggested, reports have been filed with the police, but it is his word against my word.

I am working three jobs (one full-time) one night job and one w/e job doing bird shows. This is my lifestyle.

Chris is supposedly the snake expert who worked with Steve Irwin in Australia (ha Ha) and can't tell an illegal snake from a legal one in Massachusetts.

What do you all have to say to that.

I've read a couple of legal books and I've never heard that 'bipolar' is a recognized legal defense for anything. If it were, there would be a considerable number of folks in prisons claiming sudden bipolarity.
 
I know it isn't and a person with bipolar should know the difference between right and wrong as the police explained to me. Chris feels that bipolar gives him the right to do what he wants to everybody and get away with it, without paying the consequences. He is basically laughing at all of us and believes nobody can touch him because of his illness. I have panic and anxiety attacks, does that give me permission to scam people and rob them?

Take responsiblity Chris return the snakes to Jason and take your medicine for all the wrongs that you did to people. Don't blame everyone for your miserable life because you can't be man enough to seek treatment for it.

I became your friend and this is how you repay the friendship. It's time to grow up and act your age and listen to what all these people have to say. YOU ARE RESPONSIbLE FOR YOURSELF AND NOBODY ELSE.

I haven't read this whole thread but I absolutely agree with the sentiment here.
While insanity is a defense in criminal proceedings it requires a long (and expensive) trial to determine if the defendant was insane at the time the criminal act took place.
When people claim these kinds of defenses without a sufficient basis as an excuse for their actions, it is a disservice to the many good folks who are mentally ill and who manage to be good citizens despite their illness.

r u kidding me!!! I learned my lesson sadly like the people who were scammed on this site. I'm also on the list for legal action taken against me for stalking him. Chris also has the FBI and CIA watching my house and he is trying to tell you I'm the unstable one!
 
Ahaha, if you seriously believe he's got the FBI and CIA sitting out there watching you then yes, you are unstable.
