This whole situation is finally going to come to a head! I'm not sure how long you as group have been scamming people and not been held accountable. but i can assure you this is going to make you think twice before attemting it again. I'll be filing in the morning at Clinton district court, best 25 dollars I'll have spent in awhile.
I told billy I would refrain from negative posts in regaurds to his involvement of scamming people, but he has shown no interest in making things on his end right with me. I sent him one final text saying give me a call he replied "i'm at work" this was 2 days ago.
So here it goes. this is my theory based on deductive reasoning and putting together all the BS we have been spoon fed so far. I believe that at one point this group of people operated as a team in scamming people untill someone pissed in the others cheerios. In no way do I think anyone in this party is innocent of being involved. To recap I made a trade with billy for 3 animals, a gravid silver back, a female peruvian, and a male coastal, for 300 and a michael jordan rookie. needless to say the card was a fake. tonight I spoke to a friend that also stated that billy wanted to trade that card for a few of his animals and that billy got the card from a friend. Billy told me he bought the card from a power seller on ebay!
Lying SOB. So any way, I confronted billy about the card being a fake and he replies back, " why are you acting so crazy?" are you kidding me? after almost 2 weeks and making no headway on making his end right I buckeled and said I'll give you 300 back and give me the animals back, I didn't want to loose out on everything. Which I felt was insane because it was his wrong to correct and not mine he just stole from me and knew he was stealing from the get go by passing off a fake card. After i said this and he said that he's glad to work something out he started questioning whether or not the bolivian was gravid!!!! Unbelievable, the brass some people have. So billy the deals off you dragged you're feet long enough. Why should the one you stole from be chasing you down and making all the suggestions as to how to make things right.
also all the people that inquire about the animals you have posted on CL do checks before buying by calling other friends to see if they have delt with you before. Thats how this hobby works, word of mouth. you can thank yourself and your friends for making it so hard to trust others when dealing and trading.
