    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

well I just got billy to call me. I spoke to him for about 15 min. He is claiming that patty and chris have bad blood, that he stole credit cards and used them. which patty had stated earlier. whats getting me is that when i brought up the fact that tyler had shipped animals to her address. I didn't get a definate answer, just repeated that they were on bad terms. He also said that he wanted patty to press charges and take him to court but she refused to do that. WHAT THE HELL!!!!
 
He requested the link to this thread via e-mail and I sent it over to him maybe we'll get some insight from his end.
 
fact remains that this is Chris Breaults perportration and he should be made to be held reliable for his wrong doings if he has possession of the animals
 
I just called pet smart in framingham and he does in fact still work there but wasn't in today.
 
Chris covered his butt by filing harassment charges against me with Ashland Police, so that is the reason, I haven't taken him to court. I'm still working on getting all my evidence together and keeping myself safe. Legally I will take action when I have enough evidence.

all my neighbors are keeping watch over my house for his Ford Explorer and any packages that arrive.

If there is anything else I can do please let me know.

I also have Boston Police through a friend of mine high up in the ranks looking into his records.

I can't tell you how much I have been having doing this. LMAO

Shad, Didn't Billy tell you in an email that he had snakes stored at Chris's house in Dedham? Snakes that Chris allegedly stole?

Patricia, did Chris live with you .. or in your house at some point? Or stay with you? Or hang out for more than a day or two in a row and like, sleep on the couch? (gotta cover all the semantics)

You did say he was your partner, but now Billy is your partner, I believe.
 
Patty, you have stated that the legal proceedings have already been filed by YOU..You also said the Police are already involved and watching your house.....

Billy does live in Charlton and Chris lives in Ashland.

DAMN IT just when I think I'm putting the puzzle pieces together, something else smacks me in the face! whats the deal with this john derosa alias? I just remembered that billy was e-mailing me from 2 different e-mail addresses. These 2 addy were IP traced correct?
 
Still working on the John Derosa thing myself man...I want to know who signed for the snakes in Dedham.

Tyler any idea who signed for it?
 
Guess I can stop waiting for that 3 foot blood python he advertised and told me he was sending to me under the Agamid sections huh?
 
I just got off the phone with Chris...He claims Billy has Tylers snake, and Jasons...a green anaconda male, a het clark retic female, and a IJ carpet python...


He says he's going to call Billy and call me back...I believe it was $70 each for the shipping costs?

I'll give him an hr. to get back to me...He didn't expect that call the tool.

I am currently going to court on Chris about credit card theft, breaking and entering and stealing.


He lives in Ashland, Mass on Pleasant st. under his mother's name V. Hodgson

REptile Woman, No offense but I would prefer that all corresondences with any of You be done in open forum here. Seems all the private messagins does is allow for blame shifting and for me its hard to tell which of you are one or the other. All that I see is a bunch of folks that got together and scammed a bunch of other folks and I hope that the law gets to the bottom of it for all those that were taken advantage of. Thankfully, I didnt sit by the door and wait for the blood python that never came.
 
ok..he called back and said that Billy will be calling me (after telling me he was gonna call the cops because I'm harasing a bi-polar kid)..claims he only has a bearded dragon, has no idea who ordered the snakes and had them shipped in his name, or anything about Dedham..total BS but w/e..Says Billy has probally sold the snakes but will be calling me.

I'm not gonna sit by the phone waiting for Billys call, I'll call him....gonna press charges on me!?!?!..Chris also says he and *Ms. Foley* are having problems w/something, I dont care and told him so..I said I just want the snakes back and don't give a flying F about any of the other stuff
 
dan, so what you are saying is chris contacted billy and told him to call you? SON OF A... billy stated in an e-mail that he couldn't find him and was in the process of looking for him to get his animals back. THIS IS SUCH A MESS!
 
ok...talked to Billy..seems cool, but who knows. Claims Chris is full of it and that Ma. Wildlife went and took the snakes and some aligators that Chris had.

Billy says that Ma. wildlife was also at his house looking for an aligator which he had already sold.

I would have to say That I'm leaning towards Chris being the guilty party here..22 works at petco, lives w/mommy, has a 15yr old girlfriend, and figures the best way to get snakes is to steal them.

Patricia I don't think your completely plugged in either, how do snakes get sent to your house on more then 1 occasion without your knowledge is beyond me.

The only way I see to know for sure who has/had these snakes is to find out who signed for them.

It's not looking good at getting the snakes back,but who knows, stranger things have happened.I don't know the Ma. laws on what snakes are ok to keep which ones aren't, but if there was a snake shipped that is ilegal in Ma. and wildlife did take them (I doubt it) then they are gone and probally destroyed.

Sooo, either Tyler or Jason, again, do you know who signed for the snakes, and has either of you contacted anybody about this?
