Not taking any sides here but there are about 518 Caudill's listed in the state of in Michigan.
Now given that the state of Michigan is only about 98,000 square miles and about 42% of that is water that leaves 56,840 square miles of dry land if you forget about the swampland.
Now if you calculate the population density of Caudill listings I believe it leaves one listing per 110 square miles. Given that fact, it is not unconcevable that there are two families with the same name within 50 miles of each other.
Lucky he is not from Kentucky, there are thousands of Cauldills there.

Sorry, Sofaking (that makes me laugh everytime I see it), apparently I DID miss it in post #125. But you said they had they had the same addy. I also thought I had seen in one of the numerous threads regarding him & Amy/Amie that they had the same addy. My bad; carry on gentlemen!

Paypal contacted me today to say that they received notice that my dispute had been resolved.

I replied back to say that I had received the money that was owed to me and that there seemed to be several names associated with the one account. I doubt they will look into it.

Hi my name is Casey Caudill. I have contacted you before. There is a bad guy thread on me from years ago when I was going thru a bad time in life, and was low on money, and had a bad drug addiction. I decieved somebody and I made a mistake. If you look in the Casey Caudill bad guy thread, I admitted my wrong then and paid back the money. This is now a few years later, I own no reptiles or amphibians and have been clean off drugs for over 2 years. I am working so hard to turn my life around, yet everything a backround check is ran on me, this boi bad guy thread comes up. It is ruining my life. I beg of you to please take it down. I am sorry that mistakes from your past life may affect your present and future, but regardless it is the long standing policy of this site that all threads remain "as is" on this site, no matter what. I certainly am not willing to jeopardize the reputation and credibility of the BOI by deleting nor editing any information posted by others there. Doing that could certainly jeopardize my own future welfare stemming from this site, and I hope you see my own perspective in this issue.

It never ceases to amaze how these guys that scam and complain about "supporting their family" seem to have a giant war chest just stuffed with money for a lawyer lol.

Glad to see the BOI does what it is intended to do. Hopefully someone who is thinking of pulling a fast one, sees this thread and changes his/her mind and realizes it is just not worth the risk of your future being tarnished.
