In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hey everyone,
i have this female which i purchased as a Variable king.
However she was later returned to me after a trade because the person was told she was a Pueblan Milk.

What do you all think ?
Is she a thayeri king ?
Is she a pueblan milk ?
Is she a hybrid ?

Does anyone know of a way i can tell for sure? (a scale count of sorts ?)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you/Charles Glaspie

In my opinion, that is not a pueblan milk, not a pure one anyway. The black bands aren't wide enough.
It may well be a hybrid, or it could be a thayeri, they're so variable and I'm not particularly familiar with them.
Anything beyond it not being a pure pueblan is just speculation on my part.

Thankyou Clay.

Another possible hint may be...
She is really shy and "twitches" to make me go away.
Its like a tail twitch but she uses her whole body.
(She only does this upon initial interaction and stops after held for 2 seconds).

Is this indiciative of either species ?

Not 100% THAYERI

I have been breeding Thayeri for 13 years now and have seen all types of Thayeri from other top breedrs such as Bob Applegate and I know for a fact this snake is not 100% thayeri, the head is too wide to be pure thayeri and the bands look like it could be hybrid of some sort and shoudl be sold as one and not as a thayeri.

...but what type of hybrid could she be ?

Hello Andre
This is what i am looking to find out.(subject line)

Would you endeavor to guess what type of hybrid she could be ?
Whether i sell her or not,i still need to know what she is.

Here are a few more candidates i am looking at.

The animal pictured in the above link does greatly resemble mine.
However the one in the link below shows the same trapezoid shape to the white rings as mine and what appears to be the same shade of orange as well.
