    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Its the principle of it. If someone brings back an order, even if they ate a piece, o refund them full. But I'm kinda getting tired of taking hits and learning lessons...

Robert, what can you share with somebody new, just starting out. How to avoid something like this? Just curious, so we can help people.. I feel like healing these days... :eek:

Research, and when you think youve done enough... Do more. Anf dont try to get into breeding amd then learn as you go, know your stuff before you start stuff. Also the word gaurantee is just that... a word. And if you feel like healing Tom, I could sure use a foot rub, :rofl:

It took three days before for her check to make it to me from the day it was sent. No update, no check in the mail. Its is now the 31st. What a big surprise...

Perhaps you do not know the function of this particular forum. People post here not only because it sometimes brings results for themselves, but also as a service to the community, so the next person considering a transaction will know what they might expect.
It may very well change things for a seller's reputation who has not handled an issue adequately.

I agree with what Lucille said. Plus, if you're going to say, "ooh, he tattled on her", then you've got some growing up to do. :rolleyes: That's what this forum is about, telling your experience and helping others to avoid what you went through. If that helps the Seller or the Buyer to become a better person too, then that's a plus as well.

What mistake did i make this time? This specific incident, on her stating she will send me more money on the 25th and it didnt happen, where did I screw up?:confused:

If you really want me to e-slap you in the face with reality, go look at the third screen shot I posted, she wants them beardies and she really hopes to sell her collards and swifts to get them. Another piece of evidence, provided by herself, pointing to me getting back burnered. I'd love to see a post " oh I wish I can sell these animals just to pay him back." Or the album all dedicated to her new camera fund. Havent seen an album titled "I need to pay someone back".... OH WAIT!!!! There was!!!! And I didnt see any of it.

Honestly, every post you make causes us to think your IQ is lower and lower, and makes Cathy look worse.

Just move along.
 
I had trouble with the bank.. there is a check in the mail... My paycheck didn't get here till late and the bank didn't clear it till the 29th... I had to make a trip down south to pick up my mom so the check is now in the mail!!
 
So how did you magically have enough time to answer on the boi thread but couldnt send me a message a week ago?
 
I got a payment on the 6th of August for $40 ( sorry I thought I did update this thread then but it looks like it didnt go through off my phone.) And I recieved another $40 check from Cathy last weekend, just had to wait for it to clear. So if I believe correctly shes paid me back $260. Amazing how a BOI thread comes up and money just shows up with no further issues or excuses. Hope your new animals are doing good for you Cathy, saw you got quite a few of them this week. :D
 
Didn't Catharine say she works at a Zoo, but somehow only gets paid once a month? What kind of Zoo does she work at, a road-side traveling Zoo?

I agree that if you owe somebody money, then flaunting your new purchases publicly on Facebook is well, ahem......stupid. It also says a lot about your character and what your priorities are.
 
She only works weekends. She has two young boys she mothers full-time. My IQ is fine. I wouldn't have waited so long to sex the snakes. Nor would I stop all of my other purchases because you waited so long. I woudn't have refunded. You waited way too long. Anything over 30 days is on you. And she made an honest mistake. Whats your excuse? Rest assured your BOI thread on Fauna isnt going to stop those of us who trust her from continuing to trust her. There was a whole lot of people saying NOT to refund you. The ONLY reason she did was because she said she would. And we were all telling her, don't do it. He screwed up by waiting too long. 1. Since you had no snakes to prove sex anymore, and because you waited so long. I like how fauna deleted and gave another poster a slap when he inadvertently (not directly) called you a name, and you insult my IQ. OOOOH. Truth is, I do trust her. She is my friend.
 
p.s. and before I get a defensive response from you, let me just say this, i read one of your facebook posts ( all of us did in our group) where you were bumming because it wasnt going to be 420 on your birthday...wah....that wasnt the exact post...but I know you know I mean
