    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well, the ad looks totally bogus .. especially the seller "being viable" to supply tort eggs:

I see in that add they claim to be in Nh., go by the name Veronica, but contact Susan.

Ok I have emails that transpired between me and her over her advertising the tortoises for sale on Craigslist here in Macon, GA and I almost bought into this. I tried to bring it to the BOI but it was moved to the business discussion area when Hutta said it didnt belong in here so I asked the mods to put me where I belonged. I was trying to find someone in the port richey area to check her out. I found brd766 who gave her a call since he was in the area and it played out that she had them but as soon as she realized he was in the area and would come get them she wouldnt answer the phone and when she did she claimed they were all just sold to a lady earlier for 85.00 for 3 leopards. If you need more I saved my emails but the number we have for her is 321-947-4772/
 
Just to speed things up a bit I sent a email to the email address she was contacting me through alerting her of this thread along with a link. :) You know me, wanting to be as helpful as I can but reallllly want to hear this play out. I HATE scammers just reminds me again and again of my loss for the sulcatts I paid 300.00 for that never came and I know how badly this feels. Just makes me mad all over again.

Noooo at the time, all I had was the first name and a phone number and was trying to quickly check her out. I was going on that gut instinct and it helped me find Brian with
brd766. He did the work calling her and ferreting out that it was a scam and saved my a$$ since I didnt need to loose anymore money to scams like these. I do hope that this other person posts and we can help her get her money back or get another on these internet fraud things. I am so sick of them.

Hi, I bought from this person about a week ago and my baby tortoise arrived yesterday. I dont know why this person is doing this, but they may be doing it to other people also. In which case, its called SLANDER.
I feel sorry for this catherine person, and the worse part is that she probably doesn't know that her name is plastered all over the internet.

I suspect she does know her name is plastered all over the internet. Not only that, I also suspect if she checks her account here, she will see she IS that Catherine person!
