For Sale: CB 2025 Northern Dwarf Sirens [Pseudobranchus striatus]

Individual & Habitat Info:
- Juveniles are currently 6-8 Months old, 3-4 inches long.
- Currently eating frozen brineshrimp and live blackworms.
- Aquarium must have sand or dirt substrate. As they grow, they like to bury themselves, and will hurt themselves pushing through gravel.
- Juveniles should be kept in a species only tank. Adults can cohabitate with snails and shrimp. Fish are not recommended as tankmates.
- Aquarium should have hides & plants that occupy all parts of the water column, but especially on the bottom of the tank and floating at the top.
Species Info:
- Fully aquatic salamander that stays aquatic for its entire life. (Like an axolotl)
- Does well in a large variety of water temperatures (60F - 80F)
- Does well in groups of the same species without risk or biting or injuries
- Adults grow to approximately the size of an unsharpened pencil, both length and width.
- Very hardy to changing water conditions compared to other amphibians
- Adults will often breed and lay eggs in home aquariums without needing to facilitate the process.
