    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Captive Bred Dasypeltis fasciata! These egg-eaters hatched on July 20th, and are successfully eating finch eggs on their own about one per week. $100 each.

Nearly all egg-eaters are wild-caught, so here's your chance to buy a captive-bred specimen instead!

2.1 available, but because of their tiny size, sex is not guaranteed. However I'm pretty good at sexing them based on tail shape/length, so I'll try my best! I just don't feel comfortable probing or popping them in fear that I might damage their little bodies. Because of this, I am asking the lower male price for all of them (instead of asking $20 more for the ones I think are females).

I'm very interested but I have nowhere to obtain finch eggs from. Can you supply the eggs necessary for them or give me a link to where you get your eggs? You can reach me best at [email protected]

Cheers

PS - grats on the breeding! That little one in the picture is just too adorable!

ETA on quail eggs?

Hi!

Definitely interested, but can only obtain quail eggs. When do you think they will be big enough for that?

Hey all! We currently have 2 hatchling males still available. They'll need to eat finch eggs, or be tube fed, for about 6 months before they're big enough for button quail eggs.
