In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have baby Hydrosaurus pustulatus available. Captive bred, eating well and growing, perfect in every way. Babies are $850 shipped. The parents are unrelated, and these babies grow up to be very colorful. For best response, text or email me directly at 907-717-5098, [email protected]. I am happy to answer any questions, send pictures, etc.

UPDATE: These babies are all sold. I have more incubating, so if interested still go ahead and text or email.

Are these babies posted on MorphMarket? How “pure” ? Who are the adults? Where did they come from? How long have you owned them? You’ve bred before? What generation? Send me the facts!
Serious buyer here. I have 18 years of experience raising/breeding Pustulatus. I want unrelated bloodlines! I look forward to your response without any time wasted with useless chatty chat. I’m interested in 4 if you have them?

Glad to hear of another serious Hydrosaurus keeper!
These are 100% pustulatus. My male is a John Steele line animal. I've had him for about five years. My female is the offspring of wild caught animals from Anthony Sainz, back in the day. She's getting up in years now but she is still a great breeder. I've had her for almost seven years, and she was almost six when I got her from Anthony. So her genetics are extremely precious, seeing as how she's unrelated to any other pustulatus being bred in captivity.
I have another line as well, but they aren't old enough to breed yet.
I just posted these to morphmarket as well, yes.
I have five available, which will probably be my only ones available this year. If you are serious about breeding them, I'll give you a discount. Especially if you want 4 of them. I'm highly motivated to see this species be bred in more collections.
Where are you located? Would you be paying all at once, or do you need a payment plan? I'm fine either way, but as the season gets colder it might cause big delays in shipping windows so just be aware if they are on a payment plan there's the potential to not ship until spring.
Also, if you have an email you'd like pictures of the babies and parents I'm happy to do that. I tried to upload them here but the website said the files were too big, and I'm not techy enough to know how to fix that.

I can pay in full, no need for a payment plan. I was interested in 4 but I’ll take all 5 if what I need is provided. Do you have any paperwork/proof besides word of mouth as to where the adults came from? I need to know their history, do you have documentation providing the info above is 100% correct?
Did you purchase the male directly from John Steele? Your female was produced by Anthony Sainz? He successfully bred wild caught Pustulatus? Do you have the history of your female? Date of birth?

I bought the male from Shane Reinhardt. He told me he bought him directly from John Steele. I'd be willing to send you a screenshot of that conversation.
I am searching for my original communication with Anthony Sainz, but I don't believe he successfully bred them. I believe one of the import females came into the country gravid, and he was able to hatch a few of her eggs when she laid. Which resulted in the female I have now.
I do not have breeder certificates or anything like that.
I guess the best I could do is, I know Alex from Alex's Agamids. He keeps a population list of pustulatus, he's very dedicated to it. He has personally come to my facility and viewed my animals, and I'd bet would be willing to vouch for their veracity. He can ID the various Hydrosaurus species by scale counts and more scientific methods than the typical reptile enthusiast.
If that isn't enough, I totally understand. But I won't be able to give you any better proof. Let me know as soon as you are able, I do have other inquiries, but as you inquired first you get the first say.

What do you think? Does that work? I wish I had better documentation, but that's all I've got. If you don't want to move forward that's fine, just let me know.
