    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anybody got any captive born, baby alligator lizards? I'm not looking for Abronia, I'm looking for the US-native species. Some in particular I would be interested are the Northern, San Francisco, Sierra, Northwestern, Shasta, Southern, California, Oregon, San Diego or Panamint Alligator lizards. It doesn't matter to me the gender of the animal, but I would greatly appreciate if anybody has or could point me in the direction of somebody who does have some baby alligator lizards for sale. :)

Do you still have them? I am interested and I live in LA

FYI, it is not legal for private parties to sell California native lizards, and so by extension is not legal to buy such a lizard.

FYI its not for me its for my niece who lives in Nevada and in that state it is not illegal

Right, but to purchase an animal that is in captivity because of a violation of any law is thereby illegal at the Federal level (Lacey Act). So yes, to purchase this animal would be a legal violation on your part, and for your niece to possess it in any US state, territory or possession.

Pal im not purchasing the animal to do harm i am getting it because we have one that needs a partner.
I'm not expecting you to make remotely sensible or responsible decisions, nor to be a good role model for any extended family members. I'm merely pointing out not universally known facts to people who might care about not committing wildlife crimes (yes, there are some folks like that here). If you're not one of those people, then that's that.

Yeah ill keep a lookout for real bad people im just tryna find a partner or buddy for an old friend of mine (a 2 1/2 year old lizard that came home about 2 years ago)
