    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Chad Johnson - Chadscresteds

To be clear, at this point Chad is paying for the shipping charges. He said he may come up short, and that has not been sorted yet. I am paying for the boxes, heat packs, packing materials and time.

If he falls short I will have to cover the spread, but my intent is for him to cover the freight out of pocket as he has agreed to do with me.

I hope everyone comes out of this with the animals they wanted as described. I will ensure all animals packed and shipped properly.

Chad, if you're reading this, you better make sure you find a way to thank Jordan out for the hand he's lending you out of this bind. IDK if he needs help cleaning cages or what, but you definitely owe him big time!
 
haha, Chad doesn't owe me anything. I am just glad all worked out.

I have 3 people's animals here. Emily's leachianus is being shipped out today. I need to hear back from Tara and Ansli on what they would like to do.

Chad paid for all of the freight. Which was excellent.

On a seperate note, Chad's car issue was real. I just saw first hand that nearly all of his teeth had been knocked out from a car accident, and he was pretty banged up. I am not excusing, just passing along what I saw.

Tara and Ansli, please email me with your decision if you can. (*Both of your geckos look to be in great shape, and I don't think you will be dissapointed in them).

Not questioning your integrity, Jordan, but did you actually see a messed up car?

Are you sure he wasn't confronted by someone he scammed?

Just playing Devil's advocate.

Having heard just about every excuse imaginable here on the BOI, it wouldn't shock me at all if someone decided to take matters into their own hands and collect their gecko money in blood instead of waiting.
 
That's incredibly unfortunate for Chad, I hate that this had to happen on the heels of such an accident :(

I'm quite shocked and happy about the outcome of this. I'd like to call and talk to Chad, but since my boyfriend is here (and he doesn't know that this purchase has(?) gone sour) I told him I could text or call him tomorrow afternoon.

I know Mr. Russell can anticipate a great guy thread about him soon. Or a nice post added to a thread about him if he has one going on.

Just to follow up, I decided to take the gecko since Jordan was so kind to ship the gecko out. She looks good and I am perfectly satisfied. Thanks again to everyone for your support.
 
I'm glad there is a happy ending to this story...Thanks to Emily's stalking abilities, and certified letter, and Jordan, our gecko super hero ;) lol. I also decided to take my gecko, she is still with Jordan until Monday.

I also received my girl in today. Wonderfully Packaged by Jordan.

From the few texts I had with Chad because I was unable to call, I can only hope things will eventually turn around for him.

I hope everyone else either got their animals or money.

Thanks to a poster making a comment on his add I wont be purchasing from him.

FYI: I believe paypal does not allow minors to have an account in their name. So if his name is on the account if paypal knows he is a minor they can shut it down and I believe it gives the buyer that was screwed out of their money a better chance of getting it back because it shows the guy didn't follow paypal policy. *Not 100% sure on this, but it was their policy a year or two ago.*
 
i know this has been resolved and for any problems chad may or may not have had with his car. however it would be nice if he were to atleast come on this thread to make a formal appolgoy for any inconvenience. if this was already done and i missed it(i mostly skimmed the pages) then i appologize.
 
holy crap is all i can see after skimming thru part of this thread on the poor guy. i did do business with Chad this year and i must say i did receive my crestie. awesome looking pinner too but unfortunately due to some financial issues i had to sell off most of my stock. made me sad. he didn't jerk me around or send me nothing. i did receive the crestie alive and well.
 
after looking at his add, it appears that I'm about 30 minutes from this guy. i was about to contact him about pictures until i realized who it was. i'm sure i'd be better off because i could just pick them up, but still... i'm not interested in buying anything from someone who can't at least acknowledge a thread like this.
