Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

To all of you out there(even you who bought herps this week)I also have 2 other e-mails

well it seems the second free one expired so I stand corrected 1 other e-mail address

I will state one more time and since its the next post hopefully this will be the last time(but I doubt it)

I recieved chams on friday a.m

I was away working till monday a.m

early afternoon i recieve e-mail from Rob @RKreptiles to read this post

I not having sent out the 500.00 r/c gas powered gas monster truck decide till Jim and I discussed this in person holding it one day was a good idea.

shortly after his 48 hour garuntee runs out the 1 smaller veild dies.I ask Jim and tell him I am sending back chams(as per our agreement before he shipped)he refuses saying that would be backing out and my name is mud.(anyone want about 10 or more e-mails between us just ask I will forward to you...yes Jim I have I beleieve every one saved)

now I cool down and decied I was hastey(as was jim)to anger and send truck out usps parcel post (as cheap as possible as agreed upon due to weight of truck and all accessories)

Jim e-mails no truck yet.

MY wife who shipped truck botched the zip due to damage to Jims tag during shipping chams.Post master said this should get corrected along the line.

This is where I am at.

With no proof he doesn't have it I am kinda stuck on what to do.I have called my post office and the national number to solve this but they are as helpfull as teets on a bull

Now if I send out 150.00 to Jim the 4 live and 1 dead veilds cost me 650.00
I am lost and have such a feeling of sorrow for this situation I am at a loss for a way to reconsile this.

I know Jim seems to be a stand up guy but how am I supposed to know with how quick this whole ripped off thread came on I am gun shy and feel maybe this is weird cyber-reverse physicology or some other ploy to capitalize on my lack of fore-sight to get it return recipt.But its my fault I felt the difference in trade value warranted me to send as cheap as possible(like Jim and I agreed)

If he wont take my word I shipped why should I accept his word?

Well I hope this sheds light for any of you real Americans who believe innocent till proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt.Those of you on a cyber witch hunt I am sorry if you dont believe my word is all I have to give and if thats not enough then I guess your opinions to me anyways are unimportant.Thanks agian to the webslave and all of you who read these posts and make this board when used responsibly a very good tool in this threatened herp industry.If we keep it real and stand togather we can make this hobby more than just a hobby.Thanks agian to all of you(even you Jim I have no ill twords you and hop we see a happy ending)

Well it seams that now that my road runner is up and runnin you have
slandered my name befor my 48 hour garunteee you posted on ur web site has
even run out.I have called my lawyer and he is checking into if I have any
right to sue you for slander.Also i will be sending ur chams back(hope a 12
hour heat pack works(i ship usps).You never even gave me a chance to get
back to you.I was gonna ship in am due to the fact I had the truck checked
out today to make sure it was ok(didnt run for 2 months so wanted to fire it
up and it needed a part so i bought you one)but instead i get nasty e-mails
and my name posted on a forum(i contacted them with the legality's of
hosting ur thread)I will also be posting shipping info and my side of the
story on that thread.I also will call the irs and see if you have a licience
to run your herp business and also see if they audit you this year.Let me
know what you want to do about this maybe we can resolve this in a fashion
with some cuth.

Just shows what this guys intent was from the begining.IMO I do not think he ever had a truck.
Jim, I sure hope you pursue this in court, this guy is a loser and is just trying to intimidate you.
