    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have seen a thread recently that was seriously bashing Charles. After completing a trade with him today, I personally feel that there has been a rush to judge. I responded to an ad he had posted on another site by email. He promptly responded back, answered all of my questions, asked me questions about my experience to make sure I knew the proper care for the animals, and was a generally good guy to talk to.

We worked out a deal to meet locally. He stayed in contact through out the day. His animals were properly represented, in very good health, and beautiful. He was also very fair in his trade value. I am very pleased with my transaction with Charles and I will buy from him again.

Yeah, I don't know if telling people you sent them funds for animals and not is doing something right. Then ignoring them and not caring enough to reply to their messages or to the thread is a good move.

Second and if you look further down that thread, I seriously doubt one of the pioneers of breeding reptiles who has more than thirty years experience, more than twenty years doing shows and pretty much is a household name in in the reptile community would spend much time "hating" on you because you are doing something right. :laugh: :laugh:

To the OP, It is great that you had a great transaction with him in person. I don't want to take away anything from your experience. You should have left it at that. It really has nothing to do with the multiple claims on the other threads. They are completely different scenarios.

Heck, if you just stated you had a great transaction nobody would be looking to read that thread..

Um, because the two posts previous to mine brought the discussion here. The OP and the subject of the thread. The subject of this thread spent most of his post discussing individuals of those threads. "Bashing" them if you will. They most certainly made it part of the discussion. Might I add, purposely.

There is that word "bashing" again not discussing or bad guy threads or simply other threads but, "bashing". It's insightful...
