I contacted Cheryl at the red dragons den about a month and a half ago about the poss. het pied and def. het albino females she had for sale.
First off, I forgot to mention the "poss" on the pieds and she pointed it out right away that they were %50 poss. hets, to make sure I knew exactly what I was paying for. There are so many people (as the BOI proves) that are only out to make a buck and would surely let some one think they were getting def. hets to make a sale... I'm glad Cheryl isn't one of those people.
The price for each of the bps was originaly $150 or $175 and I asked her about getting 4 of them. She marked the price down to $100 each since it was the end of the year and she had alot of female hets left over. I was very happy with that price and she was happy not to have to start advertising again to get them sold.
I asked her about a payment plan, and she said that she had been burned in the recent past and so usually asks for %50 as a down payment. I was only able to come up with %30 for a down payment, and payments every 2 weeks after that. She worked with me and kinda went out on a limb and I appreciate it very much.
I made the last payment a week and a half early because I got my state taxes back, and she had no problem moving the shipping date up to this coming Tuesday.
She kept in touch with me the whole time, always let me know when the payment arrived, answered all my many questions and has just been wonderful to do business with.
When she responded about my last payment she said that she still had alot of left over female hets and asked me if I had the room for an extra! She gave me a fifth snake for free, and let me have my choice of the poss. het pied or the def. het albino, any of the ones still for sale on her page! Who throws in a free BP (of your coice!) on an already great deal? I was/am very happy.
BTW, please don't think Cheryl is just giving away snakes! I would hate for any one to try to take advantage of her because of my post. I just happened to make the deal at the right time of year and was already getting 4 snakes.
I'm really very happy with the dealings I've had with Cheryl and on Wednesday when I have the snakes in hand I will post again to let you know I'm also happy with the condition of the girls themselves, as I'm positive will be the case.

*I know how the BOI people pay attention to detail so incase anyone wondered why I said the snakes come in on Tuesday but I will post on Wednesday, I only have internet access at work and Mon, Tuesday are my days off. And yes, I spend all day at work on reptile forums and breeder's websites
