• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

Contributor level members - $10 per 30 days

  • Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Terms of Service: Live arrival guarantee on "overnight" shipping only (temperatures in your area must be over 50F and lower than 90F to qualify for live arrival guarantee). I do have success shipping 2-day if you want to opt for that; however, no live arrival is guaranteed. You must accept the package on the first delivery attempt. Any issues regarding shipment must be reported within 3 hours of accepting the package - failure to do so will disqualify you from the live arrival guarantee. In order to receive a refund, you must provide evidence of the deceased animal (a pin through the abdomen or carapace) and send to me within 3 hours of receiving the animal(s). Shipping costs are not covered under the live arrival guarantee. This means that in the event that the animal is DOA, only the cost of the animal will be refunded. Freebies are not covered under live arrival guarantee. All sales are final, unless there is a DOA claim.
